So this morning my partner and his friends have been stranded at 5am with no driver turning up - no details given the day before as stated and no way to go on his stag do! Highly likely they’ve missed their flight. £650 they have paid. With no answer from the company appalling and I will be taking this further.

So! The man (Marcus)on the other end of the phone was very helpful, he knew we were desperate for a certain type of vehicle due to our circumstances. It was only when on our trip to the airport, we discovered that although we had paid £400, the third party contractor had only charged £200 that we felt we had been taken advantage of. I would add at this point that the third party contractor was equally shocked and also felt robbed. When we challenged our “helpful”man, he started wriggling and saying, we had to take in account of things like MOT’s and fuel which of course were paid for by the sub contractor and not him anyway and did not affect his profit. To summarise I feel our desperation was taken advantage of, I begrudge no man a profit but this was out and out daylight robbery. Do yourself’s a favour and check other companies if you have the time before you go with this company, don’t be fooled by the charm!

Having now read your reply, If you were expecting to pay £350 for a subcontractor and you found one for only £200. being the fair company you claim to be, possibly you could have offered us a small refund from our £400 fee?

Anderson was very professional when booking and always there for help/support when needed. Highly recommend using him when booking and will be a returning customer.

Our experience with this company was terrible from start to finish. First, they lied to us about the booking. We were promised a larger vehicle, but they sent a much smaller one. Naturally, our luggage didn’t fit – instead of fixing their mistake, they tried to charge us extra. Without asking our permission, they even put our luggage in another family’s vehicle just because they were going to the same airport. That’s unsafe and completely unacceptable.

On top of that, they later tried to charge us for eating in the vehicle. This was a five-hour journey with small children, and the driver himself told us it was fine to eat onboard – he even shared some of our food! For them to turn around and demand extra money afterwards is pure dishonesty.

This company is untrustworthy, unprofessional, and only interested in squeezing money out of customers. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding support provided by a staff member of your company, Henry, during a recent issue encountered with a motor coach booking. When a problem presented itself Henry handled the situation in a professional and courteous manner. Thanks to his efforts the problem was resolved.

As a business owner and operator for over 36 years I realize how rare it is to come across someone who is both skilled in their position and customer focused to such a degree. He is definitely a rare find….

Working with this company was so amazing! Shawn was so thorough and helped me with everything I needed. He made the booking process so smooth and professional and answered any questions I had to a high degree. Our driver Max was a gem! He was so nice, flexible and attended to all our needs.

The van itself was clean, well kept and had air conditioning, which was really essential as we were travelling on a very hot day.

I would definitely recommend this company to be used for any type of hire and I’m looking forward to booking with them again.

On the day our driver was on time,the bus was spotless and again the driver Jimmy could not have been nicer. What a great guy and a great overall experience.

Hired a minibus for a wedding. The whole process if booking the minibus was straight forward. Our contact was Henry.
Day before the hire date, we were sent details of the driver and also had contact from the driver.
On the hire date, unfortunately, due to the heat, there was a problem with the air-conditioning and had to be repaired. We were notified of thevissue straight away by the driver and he arranged to send 2 replacement cars. Both the cars arrived and took us to the church. We were advised by the minibus driver that minibus will be repaired by the pick up time and he will be waiting for us. True to his word, when we came out of the church, he was there waiting for us. Excellent service.
Overall, excellent service provided by the company. Breaking down of the minibus was unfortunate but these things happen. The most important thing was that they promptly organised replacement cars to take is to the church. Excellent service provided by Henry. You are a star Henry 🌟
The company compensated us for the inconvenience caused and has also offered us reduction on future booking.

From start to finish our booking with HireGo was excellent.
The booking process was very easy and my telephone queries ( having been let down badly with another firm )were answered immediately and the booking followed up by email, a booking confirmation and by telephone to check times and dates. We were also given the drivers information which was reassuring. The driver was at the venue ready for us before the booked time and was very patient while all 16 passengers were rounded up and boarded.
The mini bus was spotlessly clean and comfortable and the driver professional and helpful. The ride was very good considering the tiny roads our driver had to traverse to and from the venue.
Excellent service and would use this company again.
