We spent 10 days touring Japan first with Rue as a driver and then with Kenny and I cannot recommend him highly enough. We wanted to see as much of Japan asa possible but did not want to drive. We got so much more than drivers!!!

Both Rue and Kenny were exceptiopnmal—they became trusted guides, a resource, and friends during our travels. They were always punctual, professional, courteous, punctual, helpful with our luggage as we moved rom one hotel to another, and attentive to our needs. What impressed us most was his ability to adapt our plans when weather conditions changed, suggesting alternative destinations and experiences that often became highlights of our trip.

Both Rue and Kenny had knowledge of the areas we visited, and made thoughtful recommendations, and demonstrated a genuine desire to ensure we had the best possible experience which made our visit to Japan unforgettable. We always felt safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

By the end of our journey, we felt we had gained not only an exceptional driver but also a friend. Our time in Japan was enriched because of these two drivers and we are most happy we hired HireTaxi Japan.

We didn't speak Japanese, but the driver was cordial and able to use Google translate to communicate. He was prompt and got us to the airport comfortably and on time

This is the second time I use this company's services. They were polite, professional and communicated quickly via email and Whatsapp. This is a company I will use for Airport Transfer Service in Japan. Can't say enough things for this company.

Very professional service! Our driver, Taro, arrived early, spoke perfect English, and assisted us with our several heavy suitcases for our drive to Haneda Airport. I highly recommend HireTaxiJapan for airport transfers or for any other trip!

The Booking process online was easy. The driver was responsive and gave us constant updates. The car was maintained excellent. The instructions for pickup was very clear. They also agreed for a last moment booking which is great. Pricing was reasonable and all inclusive - so no confusion. I would highly recommend their service

The driver was on time, met us outside of customs. The van was equipped with wifi! Very comfortable ride and easy to book!

Our first experience was fantastic - our driver met us at the airport and was very helpful, friendly and a great driver. However, when we rebooked for our return trip to the airport, our booking was cancelled by email the night before the flight, due to a lack of vehicle being available. I did not receive a text message or any other contact, so felt lucky that I had checked my email in time to book alternative transport. I would probably not use this company again as I would be concerned about the reliability of this service.

My experience with HireTaxiJapan an driver, Mr Komei, was truly excellent. His English was great. He was very serviceminded and professional. It has English language on website. I’m very convenient and clearly understand of booking details, so I can easily find the car. Price is very reasonable compare with Taxi. I’m very recommended for Tourists with using English.

We use Hire Taxi all the time for our Tokyo Family Stay guests as transport to and from the airports.

Very late reply. My client was already departed and I still didn't get the information about meeting. The client was nervous.

Good communication and reliable company with decent prices for the taxi ride

Our driver, Taro, was prompt in communication and easy to get a hold of. We cleared customs/immigration quicker than anticipated so it was appreciated that he came earlier than our reserved time.

The reason why deducted stars is due to car seats that I requested not being present in the vehicle. I didn't feel comfortable having my 3 and 6 year old without car seats on a long car ride from Narita to Tokyo city. Driver did not have change, but, its fine, considered it gratuity.

Other than that, I was satisfied with the convenience of a private airport transfer. Clean vehicle, driver didn't converse much, but not a big deal. I would book again.

Driver met us at airport and delivered as promised

The driver was very polite, honest and helpfull. he treat us very well and well speaking english.

although there was 15 minutes late longer than schedulled time we have no problem with that.

The administor also done a great communication and we are very well informed of everything regarding the order

Regarding the vehicle it would be better if you could provide a latest model for the same type.
(i expected newer Alphard but actual was old year Alphard)
