Happy with how it all went.
This was my first time purchasing Pokemon products from Hirocards and the experience was overall positive. The site is easy to use, they packed the boxes very well, and the shipping was fast. No complaints and will likely purchase from them again.

Thank you for your feedback. At HiroCards we mainly use bubblewrap for very expensive &/or easily damaged items. We believe that the Ultra Pro Elite Pro Binders are quite strong and not easily damaged. If your binders got damaged, feel free to send us pictures and we'll see what we can do. We've never had customers receiving damaged binders before, but it's always possible.
About the incorrectly received artwork for the 4-pocket binder you ordered, we are very sorry about the mixup that happened. I have just refunded this binder, you can keep the incorrect one for free. We sadly don't have the correct one no longer in stock so we can't send a replacement.
