Same story as everyone else

Same story as everyone else. Absolute scam website illegally sets up a subscription for souvenir type items that would never require a subscription. Refuses to respond to any emails even though they immediately responded to one where I requested a refund only to tell me that they won't refund. Going to try and investigate payment processor and alert them of the scam.

Scammers, don't buy

I paid $33.99 USD for a Diorama Cube that was supposed to be assembled, but it wasn't. And now, they charge me $36.98 USD for a pdf download link that I didn't even order. I asked for a refund and they said that they don't refund.

There are some subscriptions and then…

There are some subscriptions and then you will pay automatically every month, so be careful. The Diorama came not finished. Had to cut it and build it myself...lol...will never buy from hirotsuka again.

They have charged me with a £60 subscription after purchasing and will not reply to my emails. As well as this, what I bought came unassembled

Scammers

Scammers. I paid for a diorama cube that came unassembled, which was false advertising. They charged me for a subscription I never agreed to that I became aware of from a £60 leaving my bank. They charged money for PDF templates for this 'subscription' which was not mentioned anywhere on my order. I have asked for a refund but I doubt I'll even get a reply. Ridiculous!

Scammers, NEVER buy from them

I got scammed by them. I originally ordered a pokemon box decoration. They make you subscribe when you order something and the subscription was something about 7 dollars monthly cost. The order of course takes more than 1 month to be completed so you basically can't unsubscribe without them getting free money off you. Oh, they also charge you 40 dollars for *pdf templates* which they never tell you about.

Scammers

Scammers.
Tried to charge $300 extra for a small bit of text on printed paper, ignored all emails, refused a refund, falsely claimed they delivered the product when they couldn't have (I am out of the country).

When they wouldn't response to my emails I tweeted them. They deleted their twitter account instead of responding.

Do not trust

SCAM WEBSITE! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING

Do your research, they charged me and did not respond to emails, their emails/support ticket system is French but the card charge is from New York, but the website owner is hidden and has a French contact number on it, on FB comments everyone apart from fake FB accounts are saying they never received anything.. SCAM!
