I had the HR290-006-1PH installed last May, transitioning from an oil combi boiler to a heat pump, thermino and solar PV system.

I have been very happy with my Hisa heat pump though it has been a process made more difficult by my (Non Hisa) installers folding and not really doing an adequate handover.

The support I have received from the team at Hisa has been excellent; everybody very polite, respectful and happy to help. Jay has really helped me gain an understanding of how best to utilise my system and went over and above. I can't thank them all enough and I would recommend them to anybody considering getting a new heat pump, especially if your based in Scotland.

I had the Hisa heatpumps installed and I must say, I think they look fantastic, very sleek design.
There were quite a few issues with our original installers so Hisa took over and Jay had been incredible throughout. Very knowledgeable and very patient. I had some issues and he was on hand to help, would respond very quickly. Overall the heat pumps are working fantastically and I'm really glad to have them installed.

I have recently installed Hisa heat pump. The cost of the pump was very competitive in comparison with other manufacturers. It works great heating the house and providing hot water for all our house needs. Cheap to run having installed it with solar and battery storage. And the customer support is great helping out and answering any questions I had before and after the installation. Specially Jay from the customer support he was amazing from the beginning of the installation to the end. I highly recommend HISA heat pump.😊

Installation cost was competitive and the team provided clarity and personalised support throughout the installation, testing and commissioning. MCS certification, EIC and Insurance documentation provided post commissioning.

Well organised, hard working team who got the job done really quickly, were polite and friendly, and tidy too. Everything done on time and as planned and for a good price.

Couldn't be happier with HISA Engineering, how much better heated our creaky old Victorian house is and to be as fossil fuel free as we can be. Highly recommended.

Got the battery done with them as well as recommended to anyone including my neighbours already done survey.

Different from gas boiler cost £8.5 a day down to £2.5 a day because of cheaper electricity rates from Eon and the battery 13.5 givenergy.

Great service from start to finish. It’s a small team but we were in good hands with HISA.
Our heat pump has surpassed all expectations. It was the best decision we could have made to make the switch over from gas central heating. Highly recommended!
