I ordered a make up bag early November.
Initially I was getting multiple emails updating me about the progress of delivery.
Then nothing.
I emailed the company and they said they would send another but also chase the delivery company and update me.
Over a week ago now and not a word.
DO NOT buy anything from this company.

Items never arrive, they also try to take more money from your account than the order. Fake courier and tracking information. Fake customer service. Apparently from US but my bank's fraud team have identified they are based in Hong Kong. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY

Fraudulent company
Fraudulent company. You receive fake emails about delivery updates. Nothing ever arrived. Currently taking this up with fraud with my credit card company.

My wife ordered make up bags for approx £35 but an additional “tax” of £7 was added to my credit card bill. I contacted customer services and advised I wished to cancel the order, however, they refunded the extra payment and advised the order could not be cancelled as it had already been dispatched. I regularly requested a delivery date but all I received was what I believed as a false shipping updates. I was informed the goods had arrived in the UK but after waiting almost 5 weeks since ordering the goods I contacted my credit card company and requested a refund. The shipping details indicate the goods were manufactured in the USA but credit card payment was made to a Hong Kong bank! Be wary of adverts on Facebook / Instagram.

Scammers !!! I bought 2 necklaces as a gift to my daughter on ends of October and I never received, tracking number stopped the updates in November . I did contact the customer service by email and they asked me to wait a bit more, I’m sure they are just gaining time and never will refund me !! 🤬
Fake rubbish AVOID
Terrible company terrible customer service do not buy. Bought a word board game and it arrived in a bashed up box with the game cards missing. So unplayable. Was offered £1 refund. Not even a replacement set of cards. Have since seen the same board game (original not FAKE) on Amazon for less money. Do not buy cheap rubbish

Received email straight away saying they will resend… this raised my suspicion which lead me to read their Trustpilot reviews! Raised dispute payment with my bank today and will be receiving the money back through Mastercard within 2 days.
If you’re seeing ads on social media - don’t order via clicking the link. Go to the company website instead to place your order… these social media posts can very commonly be cloned ads.

Yes, I got robbed too. 2mths after 'despatch' my parcel apparently went missing in the UK. They fobbed ne off several times and finally when I said they were being dishonest, they said ...
