Pathetic excuse for a business

Pathetic excuse for a business. I've been with this tv hisense since April 18th .... I bought the TV in Feb. Its broken already with pixel issues. Not ONE technician has contacted me. I've repeated called. Left emails. Nothing. Do not biy hisense products.

Poor Customer Service when the TV is no longer covered by warranty

First I should say that I have had my Hisense model 50A60GV television for a number of years and it has and continues to serve me well. However in early May 2026 my controller developed an issue and would not function properly. On May 7th, 2026 I called Hisense customer service looking to purchase a new remote. I was informed they could not help because the TV was no longer covered by warranty. The rep provided a number for a TV repair business, who when called advised they were unable to obtained a remote for me, they just repaired TVs. So I looked on Amazon and found a remote for my TV at a very resonable price and purchased it. It works perfectly. I am curious as to why Hisense customer service could not have steered me towards the Amazon purchase?

I bought a Hisense TV

I bought a Hisense TV, I really regret my choice. There is no choice of languages, poor sorting of programs, no choice of programs. I do not recommend it.

Do not buy Hisense product. No support after sales


Bought a Hisense fridge in novembre 2024 at Tanguay. 8 months later, the freezer door doesn't close properly. We lost food.
We contacted Tanguay customer service. They told us they will contact Hisense and call us back to schedule a tech. That never happened.
We open a service call directly from Hisense web site.
Nobody from Tanguay or Hisense perform any follow up.
2 weeks after, we call back Tanguay and perform a follow up with Hisense. Tanguay said: We will send an email and let you know. Hisense simply said the technitien is waiting for parts. But no technicien came so which part they need? 2 months later, we still not have any feedback from Hisense no more from Tanguay.

Currently both Tanguay and Hisense have the worst customer service we ever had to deal with.
