I knew this would happen! Atrocious customer service. It doesn't matter whether it's ONLINE CHAT or Phone calls..! One of the worst customer service. After the warranty repairs, I'll never ever buy... See more

Warning to EVERYONE-over 25 degrees and the fridge/freezer dies
Warning to EVERYONE! We have purchased three Hisense fridge/freezers and a freezer in the past two years.
ALL HAVE DIED once the temperature reaches above 25 degrees. We have a rural property and these are for workers quarters as well as personal use. The sales rep at Harvey Norman informed me, AFTER returning one unit, that they are not suitable for climates above 25 degrees!! I live in North QLD!
We are up at 9.30pm rescuing food, once again!
It is a full freezer, after a big shop yesterday, to see us through the next month, whilst we harvest!
Our workers replaced a whole freezer/fridge full just a few months ago, as well.
One has been replaced with another brand but this one is just out of warranty. The sales rep service is awful! Hanging on the phone for over an hour is disgusting. Once you reach someone, they are ok to deal with but I highly recommend to buy another brand!
NEVER AGAIN.....
Useless
My Hisense fridge was faulty-when they eventually sent a replacement they refused to deliver it because they had to go up 6 stairs and said they werent strong enough and didnt have a trolley.Useless product-useless service.
Poor quality and poorer service
I bought a washing machine 7 months ago and it had a catastrophic failure this week, locking my clothes inside. Being under warranty I called their support number only to be told someone would be coming to repair in the next few days. I requested a priority service. After 5 days of waiting to hear back I eventually found out who the repairer was and called them. Turns out they had already ordered a part and were waiting for it to arrive but I had to call them to find this out! No updates, no phone calls. Just silence. Assuming the part comes in the next 10 days the expensive clothes in the machine will have been utterly ruined. I don't expect I'll get any offer of compensation or apology.
Do not buy.
Black French Door Fridge
We purchased a black glass french door fridge 2 & 1/2 years ago and already it does not keep cold in the fridge area. Such a waste of money. Hisense... keep looking.
My Hisense wine fridge stopped working…
My Hisense wine fridge stopped working 1 month after the 3 month warranty expires. They refuse to honour it.
