No communication and order still unfulfilled after 2 weeks .
it is still marked as "unfulfilled." I have sent email to customer support and received absolutely no response.
It is incredibly disappointing that a brand of this size ignores its customers after taking their money. I still haven't received my tracking number or any update regarding the delay.

Placed an order 9 days ago, choosing 3-5 day delivery.
It hasn’t yet left the warehouse, and no customer service answer at all. There’s really no direct way to get answers.
They’re clearly a poorly managed company with fast results as their main priority, without any ability to delivering what was promised and creating a long lasting relationship with their customers, of products clients will want or need during their entire life.
It’s hard to grasp how could they fail at this.
Ordered some years ago, and was nothing like what I experienced in today.
I guess there’s space in the market for more players to come and take their business…

Ordered two items and paid £10 for ‘VIP priority dispatch’ however I have not heard anything and my order still says processing. I have tried to reach out to customer service but I have been ignored. Avoid if you actually want to get the product you paid for!

Used their PAP+ Powder and the next day my teeth were in pain, I had a constant dull ache in the front teeth, primarily the bottom row and it was very annoying.
After using sensodyne to numb the pain and stopping using the PAP powder the pain went away.
Awful harsh product that caused my teeth sensitivity and aching pain, will never use any of their products again and I strongly recommend anyone to give it a wide berth.

Would love to say about how good or bad the product is but have had extreme difficulty in getting the products.
Had to chase via email 3 times before a response and they claimed items where out of stock and then once they said the order was coming, I then got an email to say it was cancelled and being returned.
Paid for express delivery and still getting no where 3 weeks in.
What makes it worse is your quicker to respond on here than the 2 queries sent to your emails, shows where your priorities lie and it’s not in supporting your customers

My son is loving his Chupa Chups flavor! He isn’t big on your traditional toothpaste flavors for kids - like bubblegum, strawberry and watermelon. This brand definitely steps it up and gives more options. Instead of getting pushback when saying “go brush your teeth”…I’ve been asking about his new toothpaste flavor and he’s definitely for it. Already looking at what flavor might be next to give a try!

Some of your flavors are amazing, like popsicle. The cotton candy isn’t bad but tastes like maple syrup in my opinion, not cotton candy. Perhaps work on the variety being less with flavors being more accurate! Thanks!

I placed an order on 10th February and still haven’t received it. No clear updates, no resolution, and no sense of urgency in communication.
Honestly, I should’ve read the reviews on here first before purchasing through this company. Based on my experience, the feedback from other customers seems accurate.
Extremely disappointed with the service and the lack of reliability. I will not be ordering again and would not recommend this company to others.

These are all true facts. (i) Almost 3 months waiting for my order (Black Friday, still not received). (ii) Chased on 26th Jan - no response for 2.5 weeks, until I chased again. (iii) Now 1 week waiting for the latest reply.
This is not the first time this insane delivery time has happened. I've been a repeat buyer of this product for years because it's good. But this is no longer worth it for me. They've lost a customer.

I placed my order (#EU1200111) on February 7th, and 10 days later, it is still marked as "unfulfilled." I have sent three separate emails to customer support and received absolutely no response.

I expect an immediate update or a full refund. Very poor customer service experience so far.
UPDATE (February 23rd):
It is now February 23rd, over two weeks since I placed my order on the 7th, and I still haven't received my package. While the company has since refunded my shipping costs and claims the order is finally on its way, there is still no sign of it. I appreciate the partial refund, but the delay is unacceptable and the tracking shows no real progress. I am still waiting for the products I paid for.

I bought the two for one boxes of whitening strip's had to return sent photos of unopened product along with tracking receipt from post-office as required. Over 7 weeks ago still nothing in rely except for an automated response 1/ 4 days we will contact you. Absolutely unsatisfactory I WANT MY MONEY RETURNED IN GOOD FAITH. Beware consumers this is no way to run a company DISGUSTING.
