Received wrong size but Histozing corrected quickly

Editing this review: Histozing came through with the right size replacement! Thank you Histozing!

Original review: The first shirt I received wasn’t the size I ordered so I emailed to let them know and requested they send the right size. Their customer service acknowledged the email and said that they would review with their team, but they never actually communicated their solution so I was left hanging until the size what I actually ordered arrived in my mailbox.

Ehhh

Eh, just basic. I paid more for quality pictures and development as well as swift service. I asked the proof to be switched around and they didn’t and still sent it to me and that still took two weeks. It’s fine just not how I wanted it to be. For the price for that I don’t love it. Wouldn’t order again.

Love the tshirt.

Love the tshirt.
It was so easy uploading the images I wanted, and to let the designers know what I want done. I loved that I was able to review and change it until I was completely satisfied. The turnaround time after each request was super fast. I asked for 2 changes. After that it only took a week until I received the shirt.
The quality is absolutely amazing and most importantly my husband love it

Got this email that asked to rate my order, never received the prototype email to approve or the tshirt yet incase they just did it without showing what it would look like. Was also advertised as receive before Valentine’s Day. It did not come today (Feb 14)

I got the shirt made for my boyfriend

I got the shirt made for my boyfriend. I do like how it turned out and he was happy with it as well. But.... The shirt came covered in dog hair!!!! I can take pictures when I get home but we only have cats and that's def not their hair so it kinda felt gross but he was sweet enough to still try it on for me but maybe be more mindful and check the shirt out before u send it off.. figured it was made at someone's house or something but other than that it's cool.

Prints were extremely off centered and crooked

Customer service quality was great, actually product was not. Received my shirt and the print was very off centered and crooked. I requested a reprint and they sent another promptly, however when I received the reprint, it was more off centered and crooked than the first one. I give up. I had to gift my boyfriend an extremely off centered and crooked printed t-shirt. It wouldnt sting so much if it were not a $50 shirt...

Just recieved and honestly, disappointed

The quality of the shirt and print itself fine, of the fabric is a bit rough but I am fairly disappointed with the way they composed the images I sent the bad cropping and arrangement as well as the brightness/contrast normalizing levels of the images. I don't understand why they don't do allow you to see a draft or a proof. There are so many things I would have had adjusted. There are many images that easily could have been less cropped/zoomed in and simple attention to colors would indicate which to put away from another. It feels like it was slapped together without care for the end product. Not worth the money which is sad as it could've turned out really well but instead it looks cheap.

Not what i expected

It took about a week to receive so that was pretty good but my issue with the shirt is the alignment of the picture. The picture is leaning a bit. And I can’t exchange it or anything especially this late. Valentine’s Day is only in a couple days. Also, if you have a bigger boyfriend, it looks a bit weird because the picture is kind of small in the middle of the shirt. lol I think it would look better if it was like a medium or small shirt. I ordered a 2X so it’s just this little picture in the middle leaning a little bit 😂

Just ok.

The overall experience uploading my photos and seeing the project come to life was great and relatively quick and impressive. When I received my shirt, though, I was pretty underwhelmed. The print was just nowhere near as vibrant as it looked in the proof. I did order on a black shirt, as that was what I thought would really make it look the best, but it is almost as if the graphic is a pinch transparent and some of the black shirt shows under neath it. I just am not impressed. It's ok. It's fun, but definitely not something I'd ever do again, especially for how much you pay.

Update: Better Late Than Never – Issue Resolved

⭐ REVIEW UPDATE – RESOLUTION

About a month after my original review, Histozing reached out and offered to make things right by sending me a complimentary remake of the shirt.

I’ve now received the new shirt and I do genuinely love it. It came out the way I originally intended, and I appreciate the company taking the time to correct the issue.

It did take about a month to reach a resolution, but as my granny always said, “better late than never.” I’m happy the company ultimately stepped in and helped fix the situation.

Thank you to Histozing for following up and making it right.

4 stars because of the whole situation, but happy to have reached a conclusion.

Original Review:
If you plan on ordering a custom shirt from this company, please screenshot your order and the exact custom text before submitting it.

When I placed my order, I triple-checked that the text said “Wifey.” I am very intentional when ordering custom items. When the shirt arrived, it instead said “Call Wifey.”

I unfortunately did not screenshot my order, and the only proof available was the order form they provided, which showed “Call Wifey.” The company stated they fulfilled exactly what was on the order and offered to remake the shirt at 50% off.

While I understand their position, I am confident that is not what I entered. Without proof, I had no way to dispute it and was left with a $40 shirt I didn’t order.

I can’t shake the feeling that this is a pattern—errors that result in customers paying more to correct something that shouldn’t have happened in the first place. I can’t prove it, so I’ll simply say this: protect yourself.

Screenshot everything. Save your confirmation. Otherwise, you may have no recourse if your order arrives incorrect.

Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering again.

Absolutely terrible customer service…

Absolutely terrible customer service when I had an issue with the website glitching and getting sent a wrong size. They are absolutely unhelpful about trying to process a return or an exchange I understand they are custom items but don’t have a business model based off that and refuse to help paying customers when they have an issue and need to exchange. And by refuse I mean straight up not answering them. It is rude and unprofessional.
