Before i was using a manual program and i got bad reviews and compliments with my design. then i start using hitpaw fotorpea. its a life saver. and im using it almost a year now.

I contacted them regarding an issue with the software/licence. I received a response within 24 hours, but unfortunately it did not resolve the issue. However, they responded quickly again and the issue was then resolved. They provided rapid client service, full of kindness and solution-oriented. Great experience, thank you!

I bought a $5 monthly subscription with the intent of using it for 1 month only, 3 days later I was charged again, this time the full amount for a 1 month subscription. I never purchased this second subscription. When I contacted them they refused to issue a refund and just sent me a link to their refund policy, as if it was relevant to the situation(their team is clearly not made up of native English speakers.) I had to get PayPal involved, PayPal issued the refund.

The team didn’t just send generic answers — they actually took the time to help me figure things out step by step. They were patient, easy to talk to, and made sure everything was sorted before closing the chat. What really impressed me was how they followed up afterward to check that everything was still running smoothly. You don’t see that kind of care very often. Very easy to use, ideal for beginner, the interface is clear and simple. With many available audio/ template, I can easily edit my travel vlog in a very nice outcome.

The price is also very valuable too. I have already recommend to my friends.

If the media section can add an option "sort by file name" would be ideal.

Worst product / customer support ever

Their product description says they have 7 day trial but they charge you. I did request for cancellation and refund and got no luck at all

I was told about Hit Paw from another DJ. At first I was a bit confused on how it works but it’s very simple to use. For me what did it or why I wanted this was the ability to convert Apple Music or Spotify songs to MP3 files. For me it was also worth paying for the unlimited subscription. I also like that Eureka, or Ruby from the Hit Paw Support Team. They always get back to you pretty quickly and resolve any issues. I was just recently having issues with my account and they offered to send me the most updated version of the application. There are so many other things you can do with Hit Paw and as a DJ I’m excited to learn more. I would definitely recommend Hit Paw to other DJs or anyone else in the music industry. Thanks Hit Paw for this amazing product and for the support team.

I tested it on an older Windows 10 PC with an NVIDIA GTX 650 and so far it runs smoothly — no crashes or system overload.
The enhancement models noticeably improve clarity on low-light security footage. Support replied quickly.
Overall, a solid tool for casual users who just need reliable frame grabs and simple enhancements.
