I’ve been using HitPaw Edimakor for my own video projects over the past few weeks, and the experience has honestly been smooth and reliable. I mainly needed something simple for trimming clips, adding music, and fixing small mistakes, and Edimakor has handled those tasks without confusion or heavy learning. I also tried VikPea and VoicePea separately because I needed to clean up some older videos and record voiceovers, and both tools worked better than I expected—they improved the clarity of my footage and gave me clean audio without much effort. I’m not a professional editor, so having software that feels straightforward has been a relief. Overall, my personal experience with HitPaw’s tools has been positive, and they’ve made my editing and audio tasks easier in day-to-day use.

The customer service is responding quickly.
The AI function really enhances the sharpness of the videos.
I have many videos from long ago, using low resolution that I have enhanced to a very high quality.

So ! I wrote an query , about the situation , that I did not managed in anyway , to upgrade HitPaw Video Converter to pro version online , I try several time , and with no success... And in short time , I got an answer ! And Thanks to this , i finally made it! So ! Thank You guys , very much ! I am using HitPaw now for several years and I can tell , that I am very satisfied with it ! And because of that , I wanted to purchase to pro version ! For me it is very good investment , and I can do for me very , very important things , for organise music , playlists ,... etc. , for weddings , and for job of a deejay it helped me in many ways...! So , again , thank You very much! Chears!

This company is a scam!!!... they hid the fact that I signed up for their editior program in fine print... Also the features I signed up for they 'modified' to be AI based using tokens AFTER payment. REAL class act.

DONT USE THEM THEY ARE FRAUD and will scam you.

OH and if you do sign up - you will love how much they WANT you to stay.

Amazing software which has allowed me to improve the quality of my olds sport videos and recover some great memories. I would highly recommend.

I paid for a lifetime license for the Photo Enhancer (FotorPea).
Now, with version 5, the company suddenly want me to pay more.
The tool upgraded itself and then asked for an additional payment. I can't use the previous version anymore, since it's no longer available for download anywhere on the official website.
So I have only two choices: pay more, or stop using it.
The Background Remover tool used to be free, but now it works for coins. Some time ago, they also changed the avatar generator from free to coin-based.
So, whatever they sell now, there's absolutely no guarantee it will keep working. The company has proven itself to be dishonest on several occasions.

HitPaw Video Converter has been great for me after trying many others software, after being disappointed with one of the vendor where I needed to convert my video to audio (MP3) without having to download each type of file format or other files. I ended up having to download more apps just to convert to like FLAC, MP4… then I needed to convert the OBS Studio file MKV to mp3 so I can upload it. HitPaw allow me to convert many file formats. I couldn’t find a software that can handle OBS file without losing the sound quality.

I have used HitPaw Video converter to convert many of my OBS Studio files as I DJ live stream for over three years, HitPaw have not let me down. I love how easy it is to use the software and the interface is easy to understand and use.

If I can give you 0 star I will I order hitpaw watermark remover lifetime 3 days ago I’m trying to remove watermark from my video 2 minutes video maybe take you a day to remove the watermark it’s crazy I don’t recommend it guys be careful also I ordered Hitpaw Edimakor lifetime have same issue my credit run out in 2 days and they said you need credit how can you say life time then you ask for money again I really don’t understand it’s look like scam people I really spend in your app over 90 £ English pounds in a week it’s Too much really crazy you say life times it’s not it’s scam your software watermark remover is very slow I can’t even do two minutes video to see good or it’s not good i cant see at all This software is a scam. I bought the lifetime license, and after only two days they asked me to buy ai credit again because ai credit run out. This is a scam; I don't recommend it. They will scam you and take your money.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with HitPaw. Immediately after installing the software, my Norton antivirus flagged it as dangerous, and even their email messages were automatically marked as spam and phishing when they send me Password Set request. That was my first red flag.

I cancelled my order within 10 minutes of purchase, but their customer support repeatedly refused to process the cancellation or refund. For three days I went back and forth with them, receiving only vague, unhelpful responses and constant excuses. They clearly have no intention of honoring their refund policy.

Their customer service is unresponsive and unprofessional, and I genuinely question the safety of their software. In the end, I had to contact my credit card company to open a dispute just to protect myself.

I do not recommend HitPaw to anyone. Between the security concerns, spam communications, and refusal to issue a legitimate refund, this company feels completely untrustworthy.

Well the problem is customer service keep telling me to try again Hit paw video converter says the samething and cannot renew you tell me to fill out the support for what I sent you screen shots says the samething over and over it so frustrating and ridiculous just to renew and can’t believe an business that don't want me to renew... Everything send a screenshot for what Hit paw does helpwasting my time trying to renew your support form is a waste of time... Since 2022 till now 2025 upgrade messed up everything because you cannot pay says payment fail over and over and over customer service sends me link to pay on the link same problem... 2022 TILL 2024 was totally great no problems now 2025 upgrade and cannot and get no help except sending me links to pay on the links over and over the problem never resolve... So I'm fed up Hitpaw send me this message (If you can submit a 100word and 5-star review only about our customer service and send the review screenshot to us, we will upgrade your license to your order for free. Then you can use it directly. Do you agree?)
I don't care for freebie I just want to pay and get service that I'm paying, I'm going to tell my friends that I sent to Hitpaw video converter to Audio Mp3 to switch when I find another one that lets me pay and get the service I pay for

I had a great experience with HitPaw's customer service. Their support team was quick to respond and very helpful in resolving my issue. They provided clear instructions and followed up to make sure everything was working perfectly.

HITPAW is an overwhelming rip-off / fraud direct from China. They lured me in, they send you a bunch of emails, and their software will NOT activate. They respond with various rigamarole processes that do not work. There is not the typical activation link or number. They make it near impossible to unsubscribe and will not give you back the original money you paid them.

HitPaw is a remarkable and very sophisticated video enhancement software.The results I have seen are astonishing,bordering,dare I say, on the 'miraculous'!
I wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend this software to anyone who thinks their poor quality video footage is unredeemable - with this remarkable software,it isn't!

Great app and great customer service. I needed assistance from a double charge and they resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. The program also does a great job restoring old photos. I'm happy to have found them!

I had to contact HitPaw customer service because some functionality (Spotify converter) I used to use was no longer available. I haven't used the software in about a year. I took the updates and it didn't solve my issue. I used a different feature (YouTube converter) and it required an upgrade which I purchased, but still couldn't do what I needed. I emailed Customer Service and got a response the next morning. That was very exciting, because usually it takes a lot longer or I have to call and wait on hold for what seems like all day. I am very happy about the Customer service I received from HitPaw.

I am really enjoying using Hitpaw Edimakor, I find it very easy to use and although I have a lot to learn still I feel my video edits are getting better. I would strongly recommend this app.
