I ordered my medication over a week ago from this pharmacy and I was told it would be sent out on Tuesday as it’s bank holiday Monday I messaged Friday as it still hadn’t arrived after Tuesday and was told it’s just been sent out today and would arrive Saturday they've had the prescription for over a week I picked this chemist as it was advertising as fast delivery if you are waiting for medication to arrive within a week don’t bother using this chemist it is appalling customer service not even an apology

Can’t recommend this pharmacy enough. The team are genuinely helpful, professional, and always make things easy, whether it’s prescriptions or advice. You feel looked after, not treated like a number. Exactly what a local pharmacy should be.

Hive pharmacy team is amazing, helped me locate a medicine I couldn’t find anywhere! They were extremely prompt and delivered to my house by the next day.

I recently had a great experience at Hive Pharmacy. I went in to pick up a prescription and was genuinely impressed by how friendly and helpful Kartik was. The pharmacist took the time to explain the medication, including how to take it and possible side effects, which I really appreciated.

The store was clean, well organised, and fully stocked not just with meds, but also with some everyday essentials I didn’t realise I needed. I ended up picking up a few things without having to make a separate trip elsewhere.

They also had a super convenient text notification system to let me know when my prescription was ready, no waiting around or guessing. Overall, it felt like they truly cared about their customers. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much Dipali for all your help today , you went above & beyond to give excellent customer service and I have come away happy and saving money thanks to you showing me the 12 months prescription plan helping me get it set up to , and if you can’t afford the 1 off payment there is a option to spread it across 10 months , with the amount of prescriptions I have this is really going to benefit me . The girls at HIVE pharmacy are always very friendly and helpful! Never had an issue with my prescriptions and they are always willing to provide advice when needed. They are very quick and efficient!

This pharmacy has been a god send. They have always been able to get my medication when everyone else has said it was impossible. On top of all that they deliver promptly and are always friendly.

Absolutely disgraceful pharmacy!! My daughter was given 4 months out of date antibiotics after throwing up continuously, I went down with the bottle to hand and explained my daughter was been being sick and what should i do (this was before I realised it was out of date) the lady pharmacist looked at the bottle then give it back to me and told me to carry on giving it, it might just need time to get into her system so i did. The next day my daughter was again being sick so i looked at the bottle thoroughly as i had a gut instinct something wasn’t right to see that it was 4 months out of date! I would never recommend anyone to use this pharmacy and if you do please look at your products thoroughly because if that’s happens to someone else it could be very serious!

Terrible customer service my repeat prescription is never ready despite ordering well in advance.Pharmacy really gone downhill in last few years since Sachin left. I certainly won't be using them again

Ordered medication online, not received no response to emails and they do not answer phone ever! Now pursuing refund via my bank!

The pharmacists at Hive are wonderful.....
They have helped me so much to obtain the drug Buproprion, which hasnt been available since Dec 2022.
Inspite of numerous issues in obtaining the correct prescription from my GP, they have been kind enough to liase with the Doctors on my behalf.

The service is fantastic - I am so glad I found Hive.....
