Honestly, we started this because we got tired of watching small businesses get sold stuff they didn't need. SEO packages nobody explained, ad accounts nobody optimized after month one, "social media management" that was really just someone scheduling stock photos with captions. So Hivex does it the other way. Before we pitch anything, we actually look at your site, your ads, your numbers, and tell you what we find. Sometimes that means we tell a business their website isn't the problem, their follow up process is, and we can't help with that. We'd rather say that than take the retainer. We handle web development, SEO, Google Ads, email automation, and lately a lot of AI automation work, helping businesses cut down the manual stuff eating up their week. But we're not a big shop with departments and hand offs. It's a small team, and the person auditing your site is usually the same person you'll be emailing back and forth with. Most of the clients we've picked up came from someone else recommending us, not from ads we ran. That's the thing we pay attention to more than anything else, not how many services we can bundle in, but whether people actually stick around and send others our way. If you've worked with an agency before and it didn't go well, that's kind of the norm we're trying to be the exception to. Happy to have a real conversation before anything gets signed.
