Customer service is lacking and the nicest way to say it. I don't want to go much more into detail because they don't deserve a huge review good or bad!! I ordered a shirt by mistake that I clearly thought said something else for my 9 year old son. Honestly im still not sure how I missed it and when I brought this to there attention, and mentioned that the shirt was for a 9 year old boy. They stated clearly that it's not there problem nor will they let me send it back for a trade or store credit just something else then a shirt talking about smoking Crack would be helpful! Still another email letting me know not there fault nor will they be helping me correct the problem! I have emailed them once more about an exchange or to just take it back cuz I will not let me son wear it and nothing so for a first time buyer to them a little more decency would be nice.
