SCAM

SCAM! DO NOT ORDER! I ordered the Messi x Stanley High Precision Flow Mate System and the Messi x Stanley Classic Mate Mug (both in pink, "Messi GOAT Pink") as a birthday gift — order #hizoey1013, £67 total. When it arrived, the package contained a completely different product: a blue and white Owala bottle, nothing like what I'd ordered.

I contacted customer service and asked for a full refund since the item didn't match my order at all. Instead of a full refund or the correct item, they only offered a 20% partial refund. When I refused and asked to return the wrong item, they gave me a return address in China that turned out not to exist. I ended up paying £57.70 out of my own pocket to ship it back, and weeks later I'm still waiting for the full refund to be processed.

Very disappointing experience — wrong item sent, no proper resolution offered, and a return address that doesn't even exist. I would not order from this site again.
