I had a great experience with this first aid course, mainly thanks to the trainer. They were highly knowledgeable, professional, and very engaging throughout the entire course. The material was explained clearly and in a way that was easy to understand, even for those without prior experience.

What I especially appreciated was how practical and interactive the training was. The trainer encouraged questions, shared real-life examples, and made sure everyone felt confident practicing the techniques. This made the learning both effective and enjoyable.

Overall, the instructor did an excellent job creating a positive and supportive learning environment. I now feel much more prepared and confident to handle emergency situations. I would highly recommend this trainer and course to anyone looking to improve their first aid skills.
