ive had countless chairs in my life
ive had countless chairs in my life, but ive never had anything as bad as this when it comes to its wheels. The chair is amazing but the weels feels like its from wish, so if you buy AMIKO II from this place buy new wheels from somewhere else

No compensation, poor service and bad quality.
Chair was in poor quality to begin with and very expensive. Took them 6 months to replace the seat. I had to write to them several times to get the new seat.
There are no compensation for having a non functionel chair for 6 months. They just said sorry in every e-mail.
Lastly I had to write to them again asking, when I will receive it and they wrote back they have now ordered it from the warehouse!
So I suspect they'd hoped I'd forgotten all about it.
Waste of money and very poor service.

Bought an Ergo Line II pro,and it is a fantastic chair!
Unfortunately some of the wheels were not as they should be an could not rotate freely (manufacturing fault). I contacted hjh-office, and within hours, they sent me new and better wheels free of charge. Fantastic support and customer service!
