I have taken it upon myself to create a Trustpilot account specifically to write this review!!
The service I’ve received from BoldFlo has been exceptional, the team are prompt in response and action to deliver what’s promised. Within a few days I had my HK company set up and ready to go establish the bank accounts and processors.
The main thing which suprised me the most is that I feel I have a real growth partner, a team who are genuinely bought into helping me take my business to the level I know it can reach.
Within my industry of ecommerce, we’ve faced considerable challenges being at the mercy of processors, dreading emails that funds have been frozen or worrying that one more dispute may completely end the show for us. It’s stressful.
We have big aspirations for our company and getting this part right is absolutely crucial. We feel now it’s possible and installing these systems has proved to be the right choice.
Before signing up with BoldFlo, I had countless conversations with other companies. My fb algorithm was completely wired to feed me ads from others offering similar services. Google Meets, phone calls, back and forth voice notes. I was shopping around a while. Tbh I was very sceptical which I don’t think is a bad trait.
I spoke with Don and he impressed me with his knowledge, and I got a feeling that the expertise was that little bit more compared to others I was speaking with. From having spoken with more members of the team I know it doesn’t start and end with Don. During the set up for PayPal HK I experienced a banking issue with my local business bank completely unrelated to what we were working on, and the team were able to offer advice and guidance. I knew then there’s a real investment from the team and I weren’t just receiving a standard service where you’re rushed through and then forgotten about.
I know there’s quite a lot I’ve covered in my review, but I hope it can land with the right person who knows that the next level in their business is sat waiting to be unlocked. Great work BoldFlo, you’ve got me thinking bigger!! 👏🏼👏🏼
