My order was supposed to come within 2-3 days and it has now been 2 weeks and nothing has come. I have tried to contact the company by email and calling them however have not had any response. From reading the reviews now, I have realised that this has also happened to other customers too.

I received my package, the bracelets are lovely however there is one mistake, one of the 'E' bracelets should be 'É'. They are presents for my Bridal party in a couple of weeks. I there any way I can get this corrected? I the email address in the 'contact me' section of website does not work.
