5* treatment even when the courier…
5* treatment even when the courier makes mistakes, (the seller even refunded me some cash for the couriers error m) i've had my chair (mirra2) for a few weeks now and it handles my 18stone friend no problem, everyone who sits in it loves it. really nice experience all round ✌️
ps: i just guessed the exact date but it was the start of june i got mine.

Spares for Herman Miller chair
Ordered replacement arm rests and castors for a Herman Miller chair. Even though these were described as used the condition was excellent. Parts arrived promptly and were well priced. Very happy with the purchase.

The chair is OK
The chair is OK. There is some damage to the web on the seat, as they said there might be. It looks a little worse than I hoped for, but doesn´t stop it being very comfortable. Packaging was minimal but acceptable. There was some delay with the courier (to Italy).

Great experience
My Aeron chair arrived within a few days of ordering. It was in perfect condition - you really wouldn't know that it was second hand. The chair was extremely good value at over half the retail price if buying new. Couldn't be more pleased with my purchase.

Great seat and great service
I'm sitting on the Aeron chair writing this review. There is a reason why other office chairs are compared to it - it is simply the best chair for office work.
HM Chairs offer a great service - the level of refurbishment is excellent - hard to know its actually a second hand chair.
