Terrible at replying to emails and never ring back even after I went in to enquire about a house that had just come up to rent. I really had to push to see the house and tried to act fast as I knew others would be keen but they made the process painful and never picked up the phone or replied to my emails. I really wanted it but alas shortly before the viewing they tell me it has already gone.
