HOAfy is an all-in-one homeowners association (HOA) management platform designed for self-managed communities, volunteer board members, professional property managers, homeowners and residents, and the vendors who serve them. Its goal is to replace disconnected spreadsheets, paper forms, personal email accounts, and separate software tools with one online place to run community operations. The platform brings together many of the recurring tasks involved in managing an association: maintaining unit and resident rosters; creating invoices and collecting dues; managing recurring assessments, payments, and autopay; keeping accounting records, budgets, and financial reports; handling violations, homeowner requests, architectural or maintenance workflows, and work orders; and organizing community documents. Boards can also communicate with residents through broadcasts and a shared association mailbox, while homeowners can use the portal to review balances, make payments, submit requests, and find community information. HOAfy also includes voting capabilities, community websites, and an embedded AI Copilot intended to help users navigate and act across product areas. A distinctive part of the product vision is giving each association a memorable public web address and a shared community email address. That identity can make official information and correspondence easier to find and less dependent on any one volunteer’s personal account. Property managers can already access multiple associations through one login, while broader portfolio-management tools are still being developed. The product has substantial implementation across financial, administrative, communication, and homeowner-facing workflows, but not every capability is equally complete or production-ready. Current gaps include parts of vendor and accounts-payable workflows, advanced document management, some SMS and email-service configuration, and full mobile-app parity. HOAfy’s roadmap emphasizes reliable onboarding, roster migration, billing, payments, and everyday communication as essential foundations for adoption.

Great platform and even better support!

We’ve been really happy with HOAfy so far! The platform is easy to use and has pretty much everything we need to manage our HOA without making things more complicated than they need to be.

Moving over from our previous platform was surprisingly easy and we didn't have to spend weeks figuring everything out. There are lots of useful features and new things keep getting added.

But what really stands out is the support. It's great to be able to talk directly to someone who actually listens and helps solve the problem.

Overall, a great experience and definitely worth the switch!
