NEVER use this company! Ordered blanket in September 2018 and still have not received it! Can't get them to answer. Email doesn't exist. I'm out 65.00! AWFUL! It was a Christmas present!!! Never again!!!

I ordered a blanket in October 2018. Still have not received it. Send at least 25 emails.....some gave me the run around. Others were just returned to me as if the email address no longer existed.

In addition, I tried to call the Customer Service number, but instead of a person, I recieved a voicemail recording saying that this was a personal phone and that if you are trying to reach Hobbilaunch, do not leave a message because this is not their number. I got the number from the Hobbilaunch website.

Worst company EVER!!! I need to know how to go about reporting them and getting my money back. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Ordered three blankets in September 2018 for Christmas presents one came at the end of November, one came the week before Christmas the third I still have not received. Today is February 10th 2019. Have sent over fifty emails and no response. Definitely not a good experience. Would not recommend to anyone

Ordered a king size skull blanket in September. In November, contacting them to find out where it was. Was told the order was processed and that the blanket would be shipped. Received it at the end of December. It wasn't the blanket I ordered. They sent me a friggin Denver Donkeys blanket.! Have tried several times to get ahold of them with no response. Should have used paypal. Now I'm stuck with a crap blanket, if you could call it that. I'm also out $65.

In September 2018, I placed an order for a Happy Camper Blanket VD55 (King). Three months later, I received a trashy quality Washington Redskins blanket. I immediately contacted the vendor but never received a response. I have now filed a formal complaint through PayPal (thank God, I use PP exclusively!) and hope to receive my $64.90. And by the way, I saw this ad on Facebook, so goes to show you, absolutely everything should be verified before ordering it.

I agree with all these other reviews - I ordered a quilt in oct. Never received it, the phone number listed on the website is disconnected, I've sent numerous emails - never get an answer. This is a total sham - do NOT order anything from them. They need minus stars!

I should have checked this out before I ordered. I ordered a blanket with birds on it and 3 months later I received some sort of junky blanket with very faded hockey something on it. I also ordered a shirt and that came 4 months after ordered and it is also faded and junky. Buyer beware I guess I will never order from this company again. They don't even deserve 1 star.

Ordered a Nights of the Cat blanket on the 6th October for a Christmas gift. It has still not arrived. I’ve sent 4 emails and had no replies. I put a claim into PayPal and they emailed me back saying that my dispute claim has been closed as they had contacted BGHolding and the tracking number they supplied said it had been delivered, case closed. So no blanket and no refund. Don’t waste your time or money on this site.

I am in the same boat as many others....faithfully ordered a quilt for someone special for Christmas and this was back in the beginning of October and no quilt. Working through Pay Pal (thank goodness!) Now working through Pay Pal to get my money back. This company is not to be trusted....I am unsure what is going on (except that it must be a sham!) do NOT order ANYTHING from this company!!! you will be very, very disappointed!

Ordered "The Cross" blanket on 9/25 and after a long wait, received the wrong item in the mail 3 months later!!!!! I received a flimsy butterfly blanket, because I can't even call it a quilt! Have been trying to contact them for the past couple of weeks and haven't received any response yet! Truly disappointment and upset

1 Star is one too many!! This place is a joke. Ordered a skull blanket sept 18th. Finally reviewed it December 21st. It was a autism blanket with puzzle pieces. There was no paperwork to send it back. I’ve tried to get ahold of them numerous times with never getting a reply. Hope karma catches up to them!

I ordered a nurse blanket in early October. Received a confirmation number and the wait began. Still have not received the blanket the website for tracking states error and they took $80 out of my account when i ordered this. Very upset with this company. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they too are still waiting. This company is bad!!

Ordered a Nurse Blanket. Nicely made and a beautiful Christmas present to my wife. I do not understand why there are negative views. Great dealing with this company. Thank you.

I ordered a cat quilt and a fuzzy blanket, and got a confirmation with order number on Oct 9/18. I never rec'd anything so went back to Paypal and they refunded me my monies as they gave the company 10 days to respond, which did not happen. Thankful to Paypal!!
I eventually got two 'blankets' about Dec. 23/18, neither of which were what I ordered. They were two pieces of material sewn together and absolute crap; no quality whatsoever and definitely not worth $75 ea Canadian. On the Invoice it states each have a declared value of $10 Canadian (which is about the truth of the matter).
They were ordered through Hobbilaunch on FB and in a response from their website my order could not be tracked and the name changed in process of delivery. The address the goods came from is Shanghai Yaxiang Int, Bldg3 No2 Xincheng Rd, Shanghai 020 200000 China.
Paypal connected this outfit to Cong Ty Tnhh Bgholding.
Do not get involved with them! Absolute SCAM!

I ordered a quilt online with the cow on it. When I finally received it, it’s faded and you can barely see the print of the cow. This outline of the quilt is all blurry. Not worth the 65.00. I’m very disappointed and want a refund..

I ordered PV 25 Cute Pitbull. 2 weeks ago a received a butterfly quilt. Still no response to get the correct item. I just hope I can get the charges reversed.

I ordered a cat quilt. Two months later I got a cheesy nylon cat blanket. Doesn't look anything like the one in the picture. Looks like something you'd use for your dogs to sleep on. I'll have to get me a dog.

Why does Facebook allow so many people that have no customer service that have no contact information to sell on Facebook some of the items are so cute I ordered my items in September and I still do not have them but my credit card should protect me so I’m going to contact them

If I could give them zero Stars I would. My review sounds like everyone elses but I've never received my quilt. I ordered it on October 5th. After numerous emails I received one back November 20th stating that my blanket was shipped. There is no tracking info. It's bogus. It's now December 20th and I still have no blanket. All of the emails I send them get bounced back and their numbers are no good. I guess I threw that $65 away.
