Shipping costs are normal (at least for Europe) and the prices are very good. If you need a replacement part for a figure, they will try to find, I had no issues so far. Recommended site!

I bought a limited edition figure from hobby genki. It was my first time purchasing with genki but they did not disappoint. Even though the figure was extremely limited the price was very reasonable and the purchase process was fairly simple. Hobby genki takes care to monitor community level prices to make their web sales viable for the average collector.
The multiple shipping options allow for users to adapt the price to their budget.
I chose Dhl and after genki‘s quick processing period my package arrived a whole week ahead of schedule. The figure was packaged very safely which I was thankful for due to the fragile and valuable nature of the specific item I purchased.

The only problem I have with hobby genki is that their website can be a bit tough to deal with, the search bar is very specific to the words entered which can make it hard to find the items you are looking for. Otherwise the company is amazing

Not the best experience at all. It feels like there's only 1 person who replies to the ticket list because they take so long to respond. They only respond once a day IF LUCKY. If they don't respond, you'll never know and you'll be totally clueless.

Items were well packed with lots of Buble wrap and paper. They could speed up their shipping agent a bit. 10 days with no updates after getting a tracking number ,not even that it was collected by the post office.

Hobby Genki’s online ordering process is deceitful. After agreeing to pay a hefty shipping charge, the company held my order for additional three times the quoted shipping charges. They refused to cancel my order for five weeks until it was disputed through PayPal.

The figure have a Little problem with the magnetic feet,and plus i paid almost 30 Euro for the custom
