There's no complications with them. Just sign up and choose what you want. Sometimes the product was out of stock very soon, but it's just because they are one of the best, for the pricing and handling the items. So for, that's why sometimes they're out of stock.
And the packaging and delivery is great. I have almost a year buying with them and I don't have any issue with the store. All my orders are delivered and perfectly packed.
Probably the best anime figure store online.

Great quality figurines. Good customer service. The only downside is it took 3 months of waiting for the figurines to show up. I thought it was a scam because I didn't hear from them. Glad it's not. Will be buying from them again.

They're a fantastic store. It's my go-to place to order and pre-order Japanese imports. If a pre-order has a bonus item I know I can secure it at Hobby-Genki. Their "My Warehouse" feature has been a life (and money) saver and their customer service has been impecable.

It's very easy to navigate the site. The one thing I don't quite like is when I look up a certain manufacturer I can't choose a specific theme, e.g, when I look up MAFEX I can't pick only their Marvel figures. Otherwise they are very trustworthy and I have recommended to multiple fellow collectors

I have ordered several figures from Honby Genki and always get my product in great condition. Since the US government has made things difficult, there is now a delay with my orders due to having to pay additional tariffs. It usually takes a couple of weeks for me to get my order after it is released. This is my only complaint but I do not think it is entirely the companies fault. I will continue to purchase from this company.
