I wanted to return an order
I wanted to return an order. The support was very friendly and gave me their email address that handles such things, there is a star deduction because I have to write an email instead of the support taking care of it directly.
EDIT: -2 Stars cause the support dont understand what i want , and now i wrote 3 times the same email about the order and retour and they responsed with an automatic email that they really hard working to send all orders in 24-48 hours.

This is a real scam. And to top it all off, they encourage you to put a good review on Trustpilot so you can be reimbursed for their scam.
I curse you Hobbyalways, I'm going to spread your scams on most sites and it's not your "fine words" that will change your actions.
