I ordered in April 2019 5 F40 motors. One of the engines does not work but hobbygaga refuses to replace it or pay me back. They do not even answer my emails anymore.
I have just received a call from DHL saying I have to pay more taxes on my item of 12,99€.
They said you value it for much more and I would have to pay more taxe on an amount more important than expected.
I have been told I should not have any taxes since it is less than 20€/$.
Can you confirm ?

Le valeur du colis est traité par le système de préparer le colis, donc, c'est un valeur automatique.
Si le colis va livrer par DHL, le valeur est 35 dollars automatique.
Vraiment désolé pour c'est inconvénient.

Quand j'ai reçu mon drone, je l'ai perdu au premier essai suite a un défaut de l'autopilote. Le plus grave c'est que Hobbygaga ne veux rien savoir et ne me propose rien ni aucune solution pour résoudre ce contentieux. il rejette la faute a 100% sur moi. BREF ! DES VOLEURS et faite attention avant de leur faire confiance.
When I received my drone, the first time I tried, I lost it surely due to a malfunction of the autopilot. the worst is that HOBBYGAGA never listen me and accuse me of the damage at 100% . they didn't propose any solution the my issue. SO! I FELL THEN AS RUBBER. Please be careful

Is not the stock motor for k110,
First, the connections With gyro are inverted.
Second, the motor is less strongs than stock.
The rudder doesnt lock in 3d with this motor ac. The stock is amazing....

I recived My goggle2 from hobbygaga. Perfect for delivery an package.
The video reciver is ok with my tali H500, the output video is ok.
The input video not working.
The head tracking is not working. I follow the tutoriel to link the goggle with the reciver but it's not working.
There is no link cable to charge the battery

I ordered a Cheerson CX-20 via HobbyGaGa with spare parts. I received it in approx 2-3 weeks with the EMS shipment (less risk for a 250€ shipment) which was at the end supported by Chronopost international (tracking system not trustable). Customs checked my parcel but HobbyGaGa was really smart establishing a lower-value bill so the cost was only 39€ (18€ custom and 21€ Chronopost custom service), when I expected more. I made fly my new quadcopter just one battery to check that it was working fine, now I need to train my driving ;D
