Fast shipping, the product was perfect. I wasn't able to buy it in Finland so I bought it on Hobbyhall.
The price was really affordable and the quality of the item is good.

Worst first and last experience. No responsibility from hobbyhall when the product is defective. No customer care solution, just wasting the time of others. The seller did not even bother to reply to helpless Hobbyhall, :P Funny. The customer service is a waste of time. They are not ashamed of bothering the buyers who trust them for the first time.

SCAM: Counterfeit products
I ordered an original manufacturer's ink for my printer but I received a counterfeit product. I think this can be considered a scam.

They keep delaying the order.
They keep delaying the order. Its third time, the delivery dates are changed. How irresponsible!!
Update: parcel is received after about a month. Its good product and price is good too. So changed 0 to 4 stars.

Ordered a baby stroller and a cot. We received the order before the estimated date. We asked for a home delivery and they contacted us before delivering and the day of the delivery to inform that they are reaching. Not like the other services but hobbyhall did the job as we expected and what we paid for. The delivery was fine and the products were in very good condition due to good packaging. Therefore we are satisfied with the service
