Worst first and last experience. No responsibility from hobbyhall when product is defective. No customer care in ready just wasting time of others. Only buy from them if they are the last place on earth to buy.

I ordered an original manufacturer's ink for my printer but I received a counterfeit product. I think this can be considered a scam.

They keep delaying the order. Its third time, the delivery dates are changed. How irresponsible!!
Update: parcel is received after about a month. Its good product and price is good too. So changed 0 to 4 stars.

Easy buy,and very much different shopping like toys,clothes,parfymes,electronics,almost everything you need.

Ordered a baby stroller and a cot. We received the order before the estimated date. We asked for a home delivery and they contacted us before delivering and the day of the delivery to inform that they are reaching. Not like the other services but hobbyhall did the job as we expected and what we paid for. The delivery was fine and the products were in very good condition due to good packaging. Therefore we are satisfied with the service

Parcel arrived in 3 days as promised.

I have previously placed a review giving them a 1 as my product had not arrived . Since then I have emailed them several times as well as filled in a customer complaint in their website. I have heard nothing. You start to wonder if they actually exist so now I will use Klarna to try and get my money back. If only I had read the reviews before I ordered.

I received a wrong product. I cannot return and get refund of my order through the website. I have contacted the customer service but no solution is offered and email is not replied for many days.

Low quality goods from China, mostly fakes, 0 responsibility. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE

I got so excited because i got to buy things for installment basid.But now i regret doing it because i al lost paying my bills for a year now but the remaining balance stays the same and it gets more bigger and bigger.I was so disgusted that i trully pays on time but my balance stays the same.will never order from here again.
