Took almost 2 weeks for my order which should have take 2-3 days to arrive, they do not reply to emails. Took so long for them to actually ship my order that when they eventually did they did not have all of what I had ordered in stock so some items did not arrive!

HobbyJobby is my go-to shop for kits and floss
I've been shopping with HobbyJobby pretty much since they started trading and have never had a bad experience with them. Their kits are excellent quality and the own brand Luca-S floss is perfection, I use it almost exclusively these days. It doesn't tangle, it's cotton thread, not that chunky polyester stuff. I'd recommend them to anyone.

What an awful company !
What an awful company! Use at your peril and DO NOT expect to get a refund off them , i've been waiting 5 weeks as what they sent me didn't look like what i ordered. Poor Poor customer service, i emailed them asking to return eventually got a reply and then sent items back as instructed and still waiting for refund. They may be cheap but in future i will be buying from a reputable company
