Fast delivery and cheap products. Needed cheaper posca pens, they got to a rural address in the north island within 3 days. Thanks!

Placed an order for a MtG card (single) and never received an update. I emailed and called and eventually got a reply ~3 weeks later saying that there had been a communication error and they didn't have the card in stock and would refund me.
The refund was $10 short of what they charged. My experience has been thoroughly disappointing and as such would not recommend using their online store for MtG cards.

Best prices for stationery. Yes they are legit. Delivered quickly, though items where sent by multiple parcels, maybe due to stock levels, doesn't really matter. Enquiries were answered promptly. Shipping was cheap too.

Looks like they have a great product range, ordered a derwent manual pencil sharpner for my pastel pencils that needed a good quality sharpner as they break easily with normal plastic or metal ones. The product arrived swiftly and is great the only thing i would have liked improved is the update of knowing your item has been sent.

Being my first time using their services I was wary as one is with trying new online product sites that you've not used before. My item was purchased on a Friday and today (Wednesday) their site said my purchase was Still unfulfilled meaning not shipped? But arrived this afternoon so think that would be the only slight critique I would give. Is change to ship when item has been sent however due to nz weather and flooding the last few weeks i can understand missed processes. Will definitely buy a few other things from this site in future!

Disappointing. The photo of the product made it look like it was a set of brushes, all with a flat shape. The one (only one) I received has a pointed shape.

Product was delivered within 2 days, and they kept me informed through the whole process. Great prices, great service, great range.

Took advantage of their recent sale, and was surprised at how quickly everything arrived given it was around Easter and during a pandemic. Great prices and they offer a rewards system that translates to a 5% discount ($5 coupon for every $100 spent). These rewards are earned on, and can be spent on goods on sale.

One item was the wrong colour, but they were very quick to sort this out for me. Fantastic fast response to emails.
