I had already purchased some of your products and they had arrived with a some one-month delay, but now you have really hit the bottom, as some coinage I bought November 4th has to arrive yet, and today it's January 12th, which means more than 2 months have passed! I'm tremendously disappointed as I indeed appreciate you quality, but now I really can do nothing but complaining. I hope my order will ultimately arrive...
