After assistance received via email and subsequent refund and confirmation of cancellation. I am happy to report that the service received was of a satisfactory nature and am glad to say, is now resolved. Thank you customer service for your prompt action and feedback in this matter.

I have requested cancellation on more than 1 occasion. I keep getting updated credits ect.
Please note, I never intentionally signed up. It was a scam link via Robertson Spices. This has been confirmed by Robertson Spices.
Cancel all subscription and membership and I do NOT give permission for any deductions from my bank account.

My matter has been closed, stil waiting for my refund which has been promised to be processed soon

I await confirmation of terminating my membership.
If in future maybe I will reconsider but currently with the unstable rate and our Africans who cannot always affort online purchses due to high rates.

Bunch of scammers. Somehow got through to their website from an email from ASOS - paid for trainers - didnt realise it was a subscription , be careful - its a scam

Be careful and aware of this situation.
I was on a Screwfix site and entering my card details to the Screwfix site and when I pressed the comfirm box ste screen went weird and turned a different colour and it said there was a problem and could I please enter the card details again. I forgot to say that I am dyslexic and have many learning disabilities and issues
So I did enter my details again and pressed the confirm box not realising that was a trap to this company and I have after a lot of work to speak to a agent called Dexter who has cancelled my subscription to this site now.

WATCH OUT AND DON'T GET CAUGHT OUT LIKE I DID BY THE SIZE.
