Had worked with Ho-bo for over a year …

Had worked with Ho-bo for over a year and a half. Spent tens of thousands of pounds before them went into liquidation. Apart from a load of reports on their tool they claim they have designed, i have nothing to show for it. All i got was false promise and awful communication. They came in promising the earth. I did explain my concerns of losing ranking on google; but any work carried out made very little impact. Don't get me wrong, Shaun does seem to know what he is talking about but implementing the idea's they struggle. They had done some physical work on the website, but nowhere near what they should have and they had not completed what they were contracted to do so. Would i recommend them to anyone? NO. Avoid them. They had gone into administration before we started working with them and now while using them. No doubt it will happen again if they do not change the way they work with their clients.

Absolutely awful company

Very quick to take your money but offer very little in return.

Communication was abysmal throughout and they always seemed to have excuses.

As other reviewer has stated below, they justify their cost by providing you with lots of 'system generated' reports and analysis... and seemingly very little else.

After a very disappointing 6 months (and £7200) later I explained how I felt and they showed absolutely no interest or remorse. I feel very let down and disappointed by the company and could not possibly recommend their services.

Be warned!

Very poor service. Avoid this company

Website looks good but the service is very poor.

Signed up and paid. Waited a few days and got a link to a reports system which is provided by an API to another company who charge a lot less. This has 3rd party reports in it which are not included in the subscription and try to get you to pay more.

We were promised in 2 emails they would provide us a plan on the work they would do. After 2 weeks they had still not sent this.

They ignored 2 emails.

They didn't reply to 2 questions asking do they actually do SEO or do they just send you reports using 3rd party websites.
