HOBRACE DOES NOT FOLLOW CONSUMER RULES

Hobrace is an untrustworthy company! it does not follow online consumer rules. Will make it impossible for you to return good.
I purchased a pair of knee braces based on the Amazon reviews - I now realise are totally unreliable reviews and very different to Trustpilot! When I read the trustpilot reviews I did not want to wait 20 days for delivery, I have a knee injury) I asked to cancel the order but they said they have posted it. The item was put though my letter box 2 weeks later, by then I had bought a pair from Boots. I have asked them to provide me with a return label. I have not heard back.
I paid £8 for the delivery, no mention of return policies on their site.
They don't follow the 14 days law of cancellation - I cancelled my order.
Well, I'm complaining now - I'm contacting the Consumer Line to log in a formal complaint about the cavalier fashion of doing business, taking money and not following the online guidance and rules or online business.
This is the third time I have been caught by Overseas companies not following the rules accordingly and trying to get away with it, with the help of Amazon reviews...
I think they must make it clear that it takes weeks to deliver, that it is 8 pounds shipping, and no return policy!!!!

Arrived by post day after review. They need to answer emails and give indication of delivery period when ordering and it would save all the panic. Not used them yet but seem good quality.

Same as a lot of other reviews my husband saw Amazon reviewer recommending their products. Now over two weeks sent two emails with no reply for compression socks. I usually check reviews before using new sites got this one wrong. Flying to Florida in 7 days so looks like I will have to buy another pair elsewhere

What a load of rubbish

What a load of rubbish, Chinese expensive crap. I feel conned very disappointed. I'm normally quite wise and it's difficult to scam me out of my money but I got stitched up by this one. Won't happen again

From China - beware!

Like everyone else who has left reviews, I was fooled into thinking the back braces were coming from the UK. Despite coming from China, they did arrive within a couple of weeks, and to be fair the back braces and wrist support seem to be as described. The problem started when I tried to return one of the back braces as it did not fit properly, and then I was told I would have to pay for the postage back to China. I made it clear in my response that I was not happy with that, and after a couple of emails I received a partial refund and told to keep the item. I guess this is a better outcome than many have had so I am sort of grateful. I will not be buying from this company again however. Shame really.

Don't go anywhere near this site …

Don't go any where near this site I saw a recommendation on Amazon after looking for a shoulder brace. Foolish dived without research. Multiple time I've emailed them, zero response, and no brace. According to the tracking app, it left China, got to Lancashire, and is now back in China. **** PLEASE DONT USE THIS SITE****

Having bought a compression sock for…

Having bought a compression sock for over £30 when it arrived I could see it was going to be way too small. I contact Hobrace immediatley to initiate a return and was met with silence. Having looked up the address of the business I see it doesn't exist as the road numbers don't go as high as 266 Palmerston Rd. Google needs to remove this business as clearly they are taking money and not giving a service.

Hotmail? 25 days to deliver?

Someone in an amazon review cited this company as a maker of quality products. It’s in China. It uses a hotmail address for comms. It is taking 25 days to receive what I ordered.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered my husband a shoulder brace for a rotator cuff injury and was assured it would come express delivery. Ive emailed and emailed - all I’ve been told is it comes from China. Ive bought many things from China and don’t have issue with that, but it specifically says it was coming from the UK and would be here within approx 2 days. It’s been 2 weeks plus….. no reply from them - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I do not recommend using this company

I do not recommend using this company. You pay £8.00 delivery from what you think is a UK address as stated on their website. I ordered on the 14th September and needed the items for a marathon on the 24th September - £8 for UK delivery this should have been plenty of time. I emailed to ask where were the items, no response. Then emailed to say please cancel - no response. Have emailed to say I would like refund - currently no response. I'm not opening the packaging just in case I can still send back (again to a UK address on the envelope). For clarity they need to make it clear that the items will be coming from China.

KEEP CLEAR!

KEEP CLEAR! I came across Hobrace's website from a review on Amazon, where someone had written review on an item saying Hobrace's items were better. But wish I'd looked into Hobrace and seen these reviews before ordering anything. The knee supports came quickly, but they digs in, plus one of the seams is undone and fraying. Have sent 3 emails asking for a refund but no reply. Guess that's it now; stuck with an item I can't use and lost my money.

I should have read these reviews before purchasing! I brought an elbow support from Hobrace.com 12 days ago and there is still no sign of it despite me paying for "expedited" delivery. The company have not replied to any of my emails.

Terrible carpal tunnel splints and terrible service

The carpal tunnel splints are the worst I have ever had. The metal sticks out and digs into your skin at night and wakes me up. It has even cut my arm at night. A dangerous product and should be withdrawn from the market. The company are totally unhelpful. They have not answered any of my emails.

Product come from China, but customer service was very good

I should have read the reviews before I ordered. Initially I received no reply to an email, but when I used Google translate to send a message in Mandarin I got an immediate reply, and a full refund. I do not know whether the product would have been good, but customer service, when approached in their language, was very good.

DONT NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!

DONT NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!
Buyer be aware!! This company do not respond to emails for returns and the only contact number is abroad.
The items are not good quality and they do not honour there promises on their web page.
Do not buy from them they are unscrupulous preying on those that need help from the products that they offer but they do not provide quality products or any customer service - they will be reported to trading standards but doubt that it will have any impact as they are quite obviously not based in the UK - not at all clear on the website. satisfaction guaranteed - easy returns is stated on their website well this is quite honestly a complete and utter lie.
I would not provide this company with ANY stars - do not use !!!!!!
