They refuse to remake them....

I ordered 16 times and I have spent 4.500 euros. I have received blazers, shoes and 20 shirts all with the same measurements.
In my last order all 4 shirts are 3 cm larger in the neck and in the sleeves.
They refused to remake them, as promised on website !!!
They said:
Take the garment to the local tailor and try it on so they can determine the necessary adjustments and we will refund the 25% of the Invoice...
This is a disgrace... Do not trust them, do not order from them..

ordered a suit for my wedding they don't deliver

I ordered a suit for my wedding that was supposed to be delivered on 05/29 two days after ordering it went into tailoring in progress. I've been emailing them trying to figure out where my suit is with my wedding fastly approaching. Customer service has been no help and offered no solutions, just meaningless apologies and reported they have no way of contacting the tailor. As of 6/3 my suit is still tailoring in progress and has no signs of ever being shipped out let alone no chance of being on time for my wedding. Do not order from them. At this point this company seems 100% fraudulent

I always felt there was a caring human…

I always felt there was a caring human behind the electronic communication. The suit arrived on time but it didn't fit. With a short time before my son's wedding, I returned the suit. It was remade and returned well before the wedding, with tracking updates the entire time. When it arrived, It fit great! I was able to make my fashion statement with a purple suit, the color suit I wore at my own wedding in 1993. Maria Carolina de Lima and the entire Hockery team provided exceptionally great service.

I wrote this on 5/23/26 to Maria Carolina de Lima. "You and your company are terrific! The suit arrived yesterday and it fits great. Plus, you sent it to me a week before the wedding. I'm so grateful."

Catastrophic experience

Catastrophic experience. Suit ordered 6 weeks in advance for my wedding, never delivered. Parcel stuck for weeks in Rennes with no valid reason. The carrier returned it to the seller. Hockerty did nothing to resolve the situation in real time. I went through my wedding without the suit I had ordered and paid for. Strongly advise against ordering if you have a fixed-date event.

Expérience catastrophique. Costume commandé 6 semaines à l'avance pour mon mariage, jamais livré. Colis bloqué des semaines à Rennes sans aucune raison valable. Le transporteur a retourné le colis au vendeur. Hockerty n'a rien fait pour débloquer la situation en temps réel. J'ai passé mon mariage sans le costume commandé et payé. Je déconseille fortement si vous commandez pour un événement avec une date fixe.

Defective suit

Custom suit came out with multiple errors. I can’t use it. Both sides of the suit aren’t even. The shoulders aren’t matching. The buttons are off. It’s crazy they even sent this to me.

Your body image calculator with suggested measurements was spot on. The pants look and feel and fit great. I should have got some years ago for my hot summers in California.

not fully satisfied with quality and material of blazer... supposed to be a summery material but blazer is quite 'heavy'
number of defects in tailoring - eg front pocket is not sewn at the end, meaning ocket goes right down to the bottom of the blazer

User-friendly site

User-friendly site. Eye catching value, almost too good to be true! I proceeded with that thought in mind! I took my time with measurements which seemed to vary daily!! The software was 'understanding' and I did not have to redo everytime I needed to change my waist measurements!
I had contacted Jonathan to discuss the potential of the delivery clashing with my absence on holiday. He could not have been more helpful in organising delivery to suit my dates. In fact there was an unforeseen delay at customs but in the end,my order was dekivered, delayed but safe. The dinner jacket was exactly as promised; in design, quality and perfect fit. I am delighted and am only sorry that I do not need another suit or jacket (for the moment!) My advice; take your time and care with your measurements, send for samples ( I didn't, so was lucky with my choice) Don't hesitate to contact Jonathan for help as your "personal tailor"

Save your money, don’t order from Hockerty

I ordered a linen suit from Hockerty for a wedding. The ordering process was seamless and seemed like a good value. When the suit arrived, I tried it on and it fit well, but the back of the pants was nearly see-through. You could see the seams, my underwear, and my tucked-in shirt. It looked like I was wearing a diaper, which is unacceptable.

I emailed customer service and explained the situation. It took a couple of days to hear back, and their response essentially amounted to: “it’s a summer weight fabric, you could have added a lining if you’d emailed us within 24 hours of ordering… but how was the fit?” During the ordering process, there was no option to add a lining, and no warning about how thin the fabric was beyond calling it “summer weight.” That made their comment about the 24-hour window to add the lining all the more frustrating. After I expressed my frustration, they offered an $85 store credit, which does nothing to solve the problem.

On closer inspection, the pants had a lining in the front but not the back (not sure why, or if it’s normal). I still needed the garment altered, so we visited three different tailors who were all overbooked and not taking new work. Fortunately my wife sews, so we bought fabric and she lined the pants herself. And just today, pulling them out to wear, I noticed the hem on one leg isn’t even sewn.

TL;DR: Don’t order from Hockerty. The fit is okay, but the material quality is inaccurately described and customer service is unhelpful.

Favorite dress shirts

It doesn’t fit, the cut of aweful, the color doesn’t look at all what I saw online, and the fabric is so rough and itchy. I hate it and am not even going to wear it.

Im a big guy

Im a big guy. Tall guy. When I found out I could get a made to measure Blaser. I jumped at the chance. With many styles and fabrics and layouts to choose from I was over the moon. So I put in the measurements choose my fabric and style sat back and wated and wated and wated. Chap Chap. Its arived. Well Packaged with tender care. Now it's opened. Now it's on me. Wow im totally in love. For the money I couldn't be happier. Craftsmanship and attention to detail is spot on. I thank you so much Hockerty. I will be back. 5star All Round.
