I really didn't like the material. It looks cheap. Also there was never a tracking number and the jackets were badly packed and wrinkly upon arrival.

Amazing experience.
The lead time was a little slower than stated. But the wait was completely worth it. The 3 piece fit perfectly and it felt so good. Will definitely be using Hockerty again.

The tailoring was done very well and the Velvet sports blazer looks... pretty good. I expected the material to be softer and not so stiff. I expected it to drape a little; doesn't drape at all. I've purchase nice blazers in the past for the price Hockery charged and they seem to be softer and drape nicely. I purchases this blazer so I wouldn't wear-out my Boss velvet blazer. I would say I'm medium happy; this velvet blazer feels more like a suede blazer.

Easy to get the measurements right!
The website interface was real easy, atouch overwhelming at first with all the options; but once you start looking/choosing it was very streamlined. Best part was the videos guiding to take the body measurements; I would not have gotten it right otherwise!

Paid $174 custom made jeans. Literally 2-3 sizes to small.
Tried to send back and get refund. SMH Hockerty saying they will tailor.................impossible.

Improve feedback when delivery dates changes
There was no feedback when time passed by and my products where not delivered. After reaching out, the Hockerty team stated that it would take more time, although they mentioned an estimated date in the order. This date was changed 3 times with no explanation, I understand issues could happen in manufacturing process but it’s important to share accurate dates so clients can resolve beforehand.

I ordered few shirts and tailored suit. The quality of shirts and fitting is one of the best that I have ever worn. Suit’s fitting was slightly off however Marta at Hockerty was amazing. She helped me finding a local alteration place and refunded the cost of it as mentioned in the fit guarantee. Really impressed with the quality of clothing and their customer service.

Beware of additional costs
I am happy with the shirt itself. The fit is very good, the customization options are excellent, and the overall quality meets my expectations.
However, I was disappointed to receive an unexpected FedEx invoice for approximately CHF 30 in customs clearance/import charges after delivery to Switzerland.
I ordered through Hockerty.ch, and during checkout I only saw the product price and shipping costs. There was no clear indication that additional import or customs clearance fees would be charged.
I believe this information should be much more visible before completing the purchase, as it has a significant impact on the final cost for Swiss customers.
If this transparency were improved, my overall experience would have been considerably better.

We understand that any additional cost on delivery can be disappointing, and this is precisely why we try to explain this as transparently as possible in our Terms & Conditions. As mentioned there, depending on the destination country, an order may be stopped by customs and additional import duties or taxes may be applied by the local authorities.
That being said, we do not want you to feel unsupported in this situation. In our Terms & Conditions, we also explain that we may reimburse customs-related charges up to 25% of the order value, which in many cases covers most or even all of the additional amount paid.
We will contact you directly to review your case in detail, ask for the necessary documentation, and check how we can help you with a suitable solution.

Too Tight
The shirt I ordered was made exactly to my chest measurement which meant it was too tight to breathe! The shirts I buy off the peg are larger than my chest for obvious reasons. I can't be bothered ro send it back so will find someone smaller who can breathe in it. Won't buy again.

Great wedding outfit for Father of the Bride!
I was a little leary of doing my own measurements for custom vest and matching pants for my daughter’s Hawaii wedding. I also was apprehensive that the fabric and color might not be what I saw on line. My concerns were unwarranted! Clothes fit perfectly, color was exactly what i envisioned and saw online and the fabric was as advertised. The order was delivered on time in 2 weeks as promised and the update emails were comforting that all was going according to plan. I would have liked a clip for the vest back strap, since I’m not wearing a suit jacket in Hawaii it would look sloppy hanging down in back. My tailor provided that for a nominal charge.
