HOCO W65 plus ANC Disastrous experience!
Disastrous experience with the HOCO W65 PLUS ANC and with the seller’s so‑called “customer service.”
I purchased the HOCO W65 PLUS ANC headphones (AliExpress order 3068812791937941, placed on February 5th, 2026) and they snapped in half in less than a month of normal use. A product that breaks this easily is already unacceptable — but what happened next was even worse.
When I contacted the seller to request a warranty replacement, their response was:
“ciao amico, do the return if you’re still in time”
This is their idea of customer support?
And what if I’m not “in time” anymore — which is exactly my situation?
I asked again for clarification, and from that moment they completely stopped replying.
This is a Chinese company selling in Europe without respecting basic consumer rights. When it’s time to take your money, they’re all smiles with “ciao amico”.
But when they need to honor a warranty replacement, especially for a disabled customer, they simply disappear.
Cheap product, zero durability, and an assistance service that borders on disrespectful.
Avoid this seller and avoid this product at all costs.
