Ordered 11" gentleman's otf knife and they sent a small folding pocket knife. Don't fall for the scammers advertising on Facebook. They're all scammers.

Company are con merchants, ordered a 13" Gentlemans OTF knife only to receive a 9" pocket knife, then they wouldn't admit fault and blamed me for ordering wrong knife, disgusting company I would be very careful ordering anything off them, they will send you what they want to get rid of, they have no pride

I ordered a Classic Gentleman Italian OTF KnifeBrown_9'' and Was sent a jack knife. I contacted the company via email. Their response is that I received the knife that was ordered. I either want a refund with a prepaid shipping label to return the wrong knife that I received. Or I want the right knife sent with a prepaid shipping label to return the wrong knife I received. Do not order from this company they are scammers.

False advertising. They show a different knife in their website and they ship you something that is similar but doesn't have the features of the one in the advertisement. They also mislead you as to the origin of the knife, saying that it is made in and shipped from the US but it comes from China.

Same as many other china companies ...they claimed they have distributers in ontario canada, almost a month have not recieved what i purchased and the refused to refund " because i didnt cancel un time and now ** on its way.....if i was in china accebile to this business they would learn a hard lesson...i have an open case with paypal ....do not spend your money with these greasy type businesses..i dont expact they will refund my money but i will chase them until i do...all in all the product is probably garbage anyhow. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.!!! To UPDATE : I RECIEVED A SIMPLE POCKET KNIFE THAT * LOOKS* LIKE A O.T.F. SWITCHBLADE...ITS NOT EVEN A LOCKING STYLE KNIFE PROBABLY WORTH 4 DOLLARS IN CHINA...PAYPAL WILL NOT FORCE A REFUND BECAUSE IT WAS " DELIVERED 40++ CANADIAN FOR A PIECE OF CHINESE MADE TRASH. Cant give a -0 star, ordered a R.C. helicopter off of Facebook, ( I know) it wasn't much, but figured I might get luck, NOPE. From China, took a month plus, the tracking showed France. It got to my Hometown then tracking showed it was being returned, THEN they required me to send more $$ for them to send me another because they said it couldn't be returned to them.... I requested a refund then said they had to keep some of my money to cover there expenses.. I told them "This is not how you do business".. I got like $26.00 back, out of around $46.00
I even ask the service people where can I go to retrieve my package that it was returned to.. they couldn't even tell me who the shipper was..
These people suck.

Ordered the retractable tie downs for a Christmas gift November 17 "in time for Christmas" Don't know which Christmas because I still don't have it. Sent email to see what they say, but by reading the previous reviews I don't expect much if anything.
No updates since January 15, 2025 and it is supposed to be in Huntsville, AL. I will never order from these people again.

I bought a product there just after christimas and it's been over a month and i haven't received any product. they link you to a fake tracking page (that you can just change the last numbers and see other fake shipments that always get stuck in the same place, which is the customs in some country). after complaining to them, i was told i would get a new delivery and a new email but ofc that nothing happened.

This company uses false advertising to snare customers into buying what we think is great stuff, but you don't end up getting what you ordered and paid for after many weeks of waiting! I ordered retractable ratchet straps and got plain old ratchet straps that I paid $54 for and now they will not refund my money even though their policy clearly states that if the wrong product is received, they will refund full amount!! They are not true to their policies and I will NEVER order from them again and hope you won't either, unless you want the wrong product and your money stolen...very disappointed customer

I ordered an RC Helicopter for my Grandson. Not only did it take 1 month to arrive, it was not even close to what I ordered. It was a cheap Walmart type toy I could have bought anywhere. When I emailed customer their cust. spt, the response I received on the last week of January 2025 was that their staff was on vacation and to have a happy new year. (see the message below) "Thanks for reaching to us.
We appreciate your support and understanding.
We are now on a vacation. There are only a few staff members on duty.
We will respond to you in 7 days. Please be patient. Repeating emails may make us more confused about your request latter.

Complete bait and switch scam. Ordered a r/c helicopter for my son. They sent a completely different model not even from the same manufacturer. Then offered $8 off.. rip off!!! Stay Away!!!

If the was a lesser ratings I would give it, I only give 1 star because there’s nothing lesser. I have purchased two (2) translator EarPods in November 2024 and I didn’t received them and now is January 2025, I’ve seen where it did says the packages reaches in my city. Now a week after I checked on the packages it says that it was on it’s way back to the provider like how so, I have reaches out to the company explaining the problem and that I need a refund, they are going to tell me that even though they see that the packages weren’t delivered I still need to pay the shipping fee and taxes and the rest they will be refunded. I also spend 50€ for the both EarPods and I was refunded 21€ . They are SCAMMERS I DONT RECOMMEND NO ONE BUY FROM THEM…. SCAMMMMMMMERS😡

I ordered this vibrant garden ornament that took three weeks to finally reach my doorstep. The design is charming and adds a delightful touch to the patio. Packaging was adequate and assembly was straightforward. Overall, its decent for the price, but delayed shipping was frustrating.

I received what was suppose to be translation earbuds yesterday. What I received from China are regular old earbuds. They don't deliver what they promise. I could have bought these from 5 Below. My fault...I should have read the reviews first. Lesson learned

received so called translator ear buds, but they are just plain ear buds. Not as advertised should have checked Hoesfetrt first.
