To clarify the reason for the account breach, the issue was related to the 2% Risk per Trade Idea rule. As per this rule, the maximum risk on any single trade idea must not exceed 2% of the initial account balance. This risk must be defined in advance through proper stop-loss placement at the time of trade execution. All trading rules including the Risk rule are clearly defined and available under the Trading Rules section of our website. There are no hidden conditions, and all accounts are evaluated under the same published framework.
During the review of your account, it was identified that a trade exceeded this 2% risk threshold, which resulted in a hard breach of the account. This rule is applied strictly and consistently across both Funded and Direct accounts, with no exceptions.
We would also like to acknowledge that after connecting on call and emails, the concern stands resolved. Our team remains available should you wish to connect, and we would be happy to walk you through any other doubts you may have.

Really disappointed in hola prime I thought this was a good firm but it’s just another one of those shady firms, I took a trade on June 1 and put a 80 pips SL(XAUUSD) and this trade I took on e8 market as well but in hola prime I got stopped out but the price was not even close to my SL, I thought it might be a glitch and contact support, after waiting 30+ hours they sent me a email saying it was closed because it hit my SL and it was market opening hour and my e8 position was still running btw. I’m done with hola prime now I’ll also add screenshots

I successfully generated approximately $4,500 in profit while trading with Hola. However, when I requested a payout, my account was flagged and I was accused of being associated with a trading group and/or violating their rules.
What concerns me is that I have not been provided with clear evidence supporting these allegations. I have asked for specific details regarding the supposed violation, but the explanations provided have not been sufficient for me to understand or verify the decision.
As a trader, I fully support risk management policies and fair rule enforcement. However, if a payout is denied, I believe traders deserve transparent communication, clear evidence, and a fair review process.
At the moment, my payout remains unresolved, and I am still seeking clarification regarding the decision. I hope Hola will review my case objectively and provide a transparent resolution.
I will update this review if the situation is resolved.
Update:
After my initial review, Hola Prime's Compliance Team reviewed my case again. Although they maintained their position regarding the alleged Group Trading Policy violation and did not restore the disputed profit, they decided to reactivate my funded account as a one-time exception.
I appreciate that the company was willing to continue the discussion and provide a path for me to keep trading. At the same time, I still disagree with the original allegation and the forfeiture of the profit generated on the account.
For transparency, I am updating this review to reflect the latest outcome rather than removing it entirely. I will continue trading and update this review if there are any further developments.

They denied my payment and said I broke…
They denied my payment and said I broke a scalping tick rule. I made one purchase, stayed for 2 minutes and 17 seconds with a 25-point profit, $500, and they flagged it as Scalping. Another short position with 1 minute and 6 seconds remaining, resulting in a 21-point profit of $420. They closed my account because of this. I'm waiting for them to respond to my email and I'll come back here to talk about how this story ends.
In no serious trading firm would a trade of 21 or 25 points be considered tick scalping. I hope it was a system error and they review it.

DENIED 9k OF MY PROFITS
