Refund policy is bad
I haven’t tried the service yet but the fact that purchases are not refundable is terrible. If your plans changed and you no longer will travel, there’s no refund for the money you paid. Competitors offer refunds.

It does not work everywhere.
I bought the esim for my visit to : USA, Cayman Islands and Bahamas.
I am in Nassau right now, but the esim has not worked at all, any day.
