Exceptional service throughout
Holdems’ video assessment before booking was reassuring and a great way for them to discuss and understand our needs. On the day, the team arrived promptly and well-equipped with 5 men and 3 vans. Loading was efficient and professional. It was the hottest day of the year so far and they never stopped working. Incredible. They beat us to the other end and unloaded in just over an hour, undeterred by a very awkward bookcase manoeuvre up the stairs. The removers were completely respectful of our property and friendly throughout. This was an exceptional job and I left with renewed faith that professional firms still exist. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. We’ll be using them again.

Very helpful from the outset through to the end. Everyone was very polite and careful with our furniture even though it was 35 degrees and thirsty work! I can’t really fault them on anything and I would use them again.

Holdems helped us move 2.5 hours away. From start to finish the team of 5 movers were excellent - nothing was too much (including a lot of garden plants) and they were polite and efficient. All our belongings arrived in good condition. Would highly recommend!
