The booking process was very smooth with BUTAL answering clearly any questions we had, eg that the flight luggage of 23kg was included in the quoted price.

First time booking with holiday2 . Paul was extremely helpful , efficient and fun to work with. He answered my many questions regarding the travel zoo promotion. Overall very satisfied

First time using Holiday2.
Trying to book a very popular holiday with cruise line phones difficult to access by your agent. However Paul S was fantastic. I wanted to book 2 singles and cabins were in short supply. Paul stayed on my case for several hours and delivered our desired dream holiday. Can’t thank him enough.

The holiday was as described in the original detailing that I had initially read. There were no extras as is often the case with other apparently good offers. Although I did choose a number of upgrades the cost of these was very reasonable.
My travel consultant was Betul who was very knowledgeable about the cruise she was selling. She confirmed the holiday promptly with details exactly as agreed on the telephone.

Jordan was Very helpful and very knowledgable, no question was too much.

Jason answered all our questions and suggested a special offer upgrade which we accepted. The booking process was easy.

The sales agent was excellent. She was clearly knowledgable about all key details, as well as being very pleasant, patient and helpful as we explored different flight/cabin and price options.

Booked for a party of 4 today, Paul was excellent throughout and made the the experience very easy, also giving many tips on visas, and the whole cruise, all in all a total stress free booking very helpful and knowledgeable.

I contacted holiday2 after seeing a great deal for a cruise with travel zoo. I was pleasantly surprised with the response from Paul who helped me to review the full details of the cruise and gave me valuable advice about being on a cruise as this will be my first experience.
Paul was great with nothing too much trouble, I never felt under any pressure but with his knowledge of the cruise and advice about the ship we have booked and are very excited about our holiday.

Contacted Holiday2 after seeing an offer for a cruise and spoke with Jordan, super helpful! He new both the cruise and offer I had seen and we worked through the booking, exploring the options available until I was completely happy with the selections. First rate service!

I sent an enquiry about a cruise, and within a half hr a very friendly young man named Jordan gave me a call, he could not have been more helpful. We checked the deck plan together and he helped with choice of cabin. Within a few hrs our cruise was booked

Paul was professional and friendly on our first call to find out more information on the cruise around Australia and Bali. We then spoke again when he shared his extensive knowledge of the ship and Bali. There was no pressure to book just a genuine need to ensure we had all the information we needed. Paul helped us to choose the best cabin and gave us lots of assurance that he would continue to be there to answer any questions etc. Excellent customer service and we will definitely recommend. Jordan was my point of contact. He was kind, patient and explained everything to us as it was our first experience of a cruise. He gave helpful insights and was not patronising and went the extra mile. The booking processs was straightforward and he gave his contact number if we have further questions going forward. All excellent so far.

The agent Claudiu was very helpful with my enquiries and gave me comprehensive information regarding my trip. Claudiu also helped to tailor my requirements and was available both on email and the phone. I was really impressed with the level of customer care I received.
