A fantastic trip to Chile which was organised by Louise and arranged perfectly. We have used Holiday Architects on many occasions and they never fail to impress. The whole team and their overseas agents are very responsive before, during and after your trip

We used Holiday Architects to plan and book our honeymoon to Vietnam (Dec 2025–Jan 2026), and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.

We were quite late in beginning to plan the trip but Fenton was great in explaining the process, outlining an itinerary and identifying hotels and activities that would be available despite the shorter notice. He took the time to understand what we wanted and put together an itinerary that felt tailored to us and allowed us to experience things we never would have on our own.

The trip ran very smoothly, with transfers, guides and accommodation well organised and of a high standard, which took away a lot of the worry about logistics. The local guides were really friendly and knowledgeable, adding depth to the trip.

We would highly recommend Holiday Architects and Fenton and we'd definitely use them again for a future trip.

Having used HA for our stunning trip to Argentina last year (also organised by Louise!) we've just returned from another amazing trip visiting many wonderful locations in Chile - incl. Easter Island, Atacama Desert, Valparaiso, Chile Winelands and then home via Rio de Janeiro for a couple of days - all thanks to immaculate organisation by Holiday Architects and Louise again. Our accommodation was perfect in all locations and the whole trip incl. internal flights all went like clockwork from arrival in Santiago to drop off at Rio airport 20 days later. HA attention to detail is exemplary, Louise's friendly, personal service and recommendations in putting together our itinerary made everything so easy and enjoyable while we were there. We had great local tour guides and drivers in all locations.. we mixed it up with both a few group tours and some private tours. Thank you Louise and HA. Will definitely use you again!

We knew roughly where we wanted to go in Japan but Emma came up with the perfect itinerary that included everything we had requested, plus much more!

This is our second trip with Holiday Architects and it did not disappoint. We did a slightly modified "Soul of Japan", Fenton really listened to what we wanted, the hotel and ryokan's were all superb, organised travel great, tours informative and fun, we truly loved every minute of it. Having the App and the Reuter provided by HA was so useful, organisation and attention to detail, again top class - we had a fabulous trip and will be using HA for our next adventure!

My wife and I have just returned from visiting Cambodia and Vietnam. Fenton at Holiday Architects organised all our flights and excursions with precision and care. I unexpectedly endured a back problem whilst there and had limited mobility. Fenton organised special assistance at airports and ensured that our guides had a wheelchair. Our guides were so helpful, welcoming, supportive and knowledgeable! Nothing was too much to ask which allowed our holiday to continue as planned with this unexpected mobility issue. We had a fabulous time and would wholly recommend Holiday Architects as excellent bespoke holiday specialists. Our holiday was well organised and accommodated our own specifically chosen requirements.

We just returned from Vietnam - Erin at Holiday architects has been amazing every bit of our holiday went to plan and we didn’t have to think about anything on our trip other than enjoying the adventure - Holiday architects are definitely a 5* operation and I will be using them again in the future

Absolutely loved our Sri Lanka holiday..thanks to Lisa for sorting it for us. This was a first time with this company and have absolutely no complaints..only praise. The safari, the birds, tea plantations, Temple of the tooth, the train, the whale watching were all amazing. Great place to visit and all hotels, without exception, were lovely . Thank you...holidays are precious and this one will be right up there as one of the best.

We have been fortunate over the years to travel regularly both self planning and using a tour operator. However, this trip to Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos was the first time we have used Holiday Architects. This came about because we felt the operator we used for a previous trip failed to establish a connection with us this time around. However, right from our first conversation with Erin, we "clicked". We both felt she made every effort to understand what we wanted from the trip, what our requirements and foibles were and how the trip could be tailored to our specific needs and wishes. The budget was discussed and considered throughout and everything was delivered within that. The process was iterative and there was plenty of discussion that ensured everything was planned and that the plan was delivered. Last but far from least, when the Middle East situation kicked off while the trip was in progress, Erin made a swift and effective change of plan, and kept us fully in the loop. No fuss, no dramas, just a swift and efficient change of plan to utilise a different route home. We highly recommend Holiday Architects and Erin; we would certainly use them again in the future. Of our trips this has been one of the most memorable for all the right reasons.

Erin organised a 17 day trip to Vietnam for my wife and I. From initial contact to discuss what we wanted to do, to organising trips, flights and accommodation everything has been brilliant. Zero hassle for us during the planning phase which was important due to personal time constraints. Erin listened to our preferences and built a lovely holiday that ticked all our boxes. When in Vietnam, all the guides were prompt, knowledgeable and nothing was too much to ask, the drivers were exceptional with one ensuring we made an internal flight despite an accident causing some delays on the roads. I’d definitely use Holiday Architects again and recommend anyone planning a similar trip to do so. Thanks Erin, you are a superstar!

Fenton put together a fantastic holiday to Japan for my friend and me. We outlined what we would like to see and do and he came up with a superb plan. We travelled from Tokyo to Hiroshima and Miyajima, then on to Kurashiki and finally Kyoto. All transport, hotels and tours were arranged for us and were excellent. I thoroughly recommend using Holiday Architects for a great holiday. Thank you Fenton.

We have recently returned from an amazing holiday in Costa Rica. This was our first time using Holiday Architects and after the first conversation with Louise we felt reasurred we were in safe hands. Together we came up with an itinerary staying in five very different locations which did not disappoint.

Louise's local knowledge was really helpful, both of restaurants and activities.

The guides were excellent, we would never have spotted the majority of the wildlife we saw. We were also impressed with communication from our local agent regarding pick up times and any minor changes to our itinerary.

We had a fantastic 15 day trip to Vietnam during the last week of February and first week of March. Erin, our advisor, organised a wonderful and memorable holiday—great flights, excellent hotels, brilliant guides and drivers, and really well chosen activities and tours.
Everything we saw, everywhere we went, and everything we experienced is something I would thoroughly recommend.

Even the outbreak of war in Iran—which meant we couldn’t travel home via Doha—didn’t spoil our holiday, because Erin quickly arranged alternative flights back to the UK. Thanks to her, we still arrived home safely on the same day.

Our bespoke holiday to Costa Rica was created by people who really know the country and we had a fabulous experience. Fantastic wildlife, beautiful country, charming people who are rightly proud of their country. Louise listened to what we were looking for in a holiday and delivered. Her customer service was exemplary. Most of the hotels were good, the eco resort fantastic.

Fenton, the gentleman who organised our trip to Japan was thorough in ascertaining what we wanted to do, where to and the type of accommodation we required. He organised our trips and provided us with a detailed itinerary, tickets for Metro, bullet train, flights and private guides for the two of us. We used Holiday Architects 2 years ago for the Dubai trip and were so pleased we used them for Japan. A company worth using again on our next foray.
