Every time I have spoken to the people I booked my holiday with, have always been very helpful and polite, I have paid for my holiday, but I am such a paniker, I have not received my boarding tickets yet, I am travelling on Friday the 17th, and I have been told I will get a email on Thursday with my boarding tickets, so I am not worrying, but I will be if I don't get them Thursday, but the lady has told me not to worry, thanks again Stewart skipsey

Helpful service
I spoke to a man called Vicki and he was very helpful. He answers all my questions and if he didn’t know, he asked other departments. I feel that he understood everything I needed and wanted, and gave me the answers.
Help
I want to thank Milo for his kindness, patience and professionalism for helping me today. He sorted out my issues very quickly and then explained what I had to do next so that things went smoothly. I enjoyed speaking to him today.
Don't book your holiday with Holiday Buzz
Holiday Buzz has recommended the Sharm Cliff Resort in Sharm El Sheikh to UK holidaymakers !!!
The clue is in the word Cliff. It has 138 steps up to the shabby hotel at the very top of the cliff. If one attempts the walk down to street level, all the while trying to avoid the metal pieces that stick out of the ground. While those unfortunate enough to trip and fall onto the jagged piping could leave those on holiday badly injured. Holidaymakers trying to get to the sunny beach could be the least of their desires as they were rushed to a nearby hospital.
Anybody disabled or in a wheelchair would need to take a taxi to the beach by road, which is one mile away from the hotel.
No clearing up has been attempted by the staff, outside or inside the hotel, for years.
When we arrived at the Sharm Cliff Resort Hotel, we were greeted by a broken chair; a bathroom door that wouldn't close; sheets and towels that were changed infrequently; sewage pumping up through the open drain into the bathroom, and an unpleasant smell that hovered in our room throughout our stay. Other English couples complained of the same thing in their rooms.
A truck arrived every day carrying an eighteen foot tank, and with a cable running into the open ground drain, sucked the sewage into the tank. At the back of the vehicle were two pipes that leaked sewage onto the ground. A ground that tourists used for walking on. This leak was not fixed from day to day (all of this has been photographed).
On the way into the restaurant, if one looked skywards, one is capable of seeing clogged up, dirty windows (photographed); bulbs, floor tiles, and a shed overlooking the pool area (photographed), all of which badly needed to be replaced or repaired.
The reception staff informed us that the internet could not be used in our rooms, instead, they could be used at the front of the hotel. Unfortunately, everybody was either on their mobiles or computers, and one had to wait until almost mid-night to make contact with the outside world.
Holiday Buzz told us that our stay was all inclusive. This was mis-leading or a lie on their part, as this was not true: the food could not be eaten and it involved extra payment, eating out - also, had to pay onto the beach area. We arrived with a limited amount to spend, and it became our problem as to how we were able to manage our pocket money.
The photos that the hotel show as advertising the Sharm Cliff Resort were taken in 2012, which are mis-leading as to the true state of the place today.
Although it is advertised as a 4 star hotel, it would barely manage 1 star. When the staff at the reception desk were asked the number of stars this hotel received, they said 3 stars. So the owners of the hotel have lied to the various travel agencies by stating that the hotel merits 4 stars.
Holiday Buzz is only too proud and eager to sell the Sharm Cliff Resort to British citizens.
Stressful Experience with Inaccurate Information
Wr booked a holiday, advertised through Travelzoo, with this company but would never do so again.
From the outset, the advertised price was not available and any change to less horrendous flight times or even a double bed instead of 2 singles resulted in a hike to the price.
The worst thing though is they actually provided false information on the baggage allowance. I asked for clarification but they insisted they were correct. Checking with the airline confirmed they were wrong.
They also do check- in themselves which means you dont get the boarding pass until 24 hours before departure and later if the office happens to be shut when check-in opens.
All in all too stressful, inaccurate and long delays in answering emails means we would never use this company again
Dreadful company, avoid if you want a stress free experience
Booked through @TravelZoo link. Price and details not what was advertised. Booked and 'upgraded' to 2x superior rooms, got 1x basic room. 'Roy' was rude, aggressive and stated that I needed to leave a 5* review and name him before he would provide what I actually paid for (which clearly explains the other 'positive' reviews). It appears it's an overseas call centre with made up names and poor English. The experience was very stressful, I spent hours resolving issues and I wasn't sure we would actually get what we paid for; not what you want for a holiday. @TravelZoo not interested in any issues.

Good trip despite Holiday Buzz screwing up
We ended up having a good trip despite the involvement of Holiday Buzz. They did their usual bait and switch that they are quite well known for - advertising a great trip at a low price that is only available at 5am from Humber airport on a Tuesday in February when advertised in London - so cost quickly doubles and triples!
It took forever to book as they seem to use an overseas call centre where staff have poor English, so everything had to be repeated twice and spelt out. Will never use again as prefer to book what I actually want, even if I cannot match their low price. We are experienced travellers and have mostly planned our own trips, but this was a too good to be true advert in the free paper.
In our case they described a hotel near the city centre - they quoted a 10 minute walk from the hotel we originally wanted and INSTEAD put is in a hotel at the last stop on the metro.
I have written a formal complaint, notified Trading Standards and called Holiday Buzz, but all correspondence is being ignored - so all I can do is warn others not to use them.
Hotel and transfers were actually really good, but not being anywhere near where we expected was a surprise and cost us time and money travelling in every day.
Holidaybuzz? They can buzz off!
We discovered Holidaybuzz through Travelzoo for an offer of a trip to New York that looked to good to be true. It was! Nothing advertised in Travelzoo was available, the hotel, the time and the price, which ended up doubling. To be fair, this new price was a special that included a room upgrade, taxis to and from JFK and a birthday cake and a bottle of fizz. From that upgrade, which cost £700, we got a taxi from the airport, the return taxi never showed, and cost us another £79 which Holidaybuzz refused to pay. The room was supposedly upgraded, it has a window, but this made the room both noisy and cold, and there was no cake or fizz. We managed to get £20 back out of them but this is up there with our worst travel experiences. On top of that, the flight was brought forward a full 24 hours! Avoid Holidaybuzz and you'll avaoid alot of unnecessary stress and cost!
