It’s a scam, they trap you by showing very cheap airline fare and there is no luggage on the ticket and asked you £££££ to pay for luggage add on and when you asked to return the money and they don’t give nothing although no PNR was given and says that there is cancellation fee from airline and £280 our fee.

So please stay away from this company

If I was able to give this company a 0 star I would have, in fact a minus rating will still not be sufficient! The flight information on the website are extremely deceiving, displaying return flights but quoting the price for actually one way without any mention of one way ticket! Once you make a booking you get a confirmation email from holiday cart that shows the return ticket too but still quoting the one way price! What crooks they are!!! When they then send the E ticket they quote the full price, double the amount and luggage is not even included. What a joke of a company. They should be blacklisted and banned to operate in this manner online. The guy over the phone also made numerous mistakes over the phone sending me the wrong flights, getting the timings wrong and the dates wrong. Scam company, avoid at all costs!!!!!!

I want to warn everyone about a highly concerning experience I had with Holidaycart. Initially, they display very low prices for tickets, but after booking, they demand additional money. I booked two tickets, and despite paying, I have not received any confirmation or response. When I tried to contact their customer service, I was told they would call back in 30 minutes, but no follow-up occurred.

This company appears to engage in fraudulent practices. Please be cautious and avoid dealing with them to prevent similar issues. I am sharing my experience to raise awareness and help others avoid falling victim to this scam

Booked two tickets with holydaycart and cheapflyshop. Both used the same wordings in response email. No tickets in 72 hrs. Contacted them and been told as the tickets are not going to be confirmed before 6 hrs of flight. If there is no seat wait for the next flight. No luggage is permitted.

The issue is with my bank now. I will update here once theres a solution.

This company is a scam, do not book with this company, they keep calling demanding more payment for flights or tickets after taking your money straight away from your account and never offer any refund

The previous reviews warning not book with this company as well as their sister company cheapflyshop are spot on.
You WON’T receive confirmed flight tickets nor the airlines booking reference or anything confirming which airline you’ve booked with once you’ve booked and paid.
The experience you’ll receive is not as you’d expect from flight companies!
I received a call 2 days after booking, advising my flight to my destination is confirmed however, NO baggage is part of the deal, not even hand luggage! It would cost myself and the rest in my group £34 per kilo extra each, as well as the return flight wasn’t confirmed. The previous reviews are correct - ITS A SCAM and they need shutting down! The way they work isn’t ethical and disgusting.
I challenged their ethics, the response I received was defensive behaviour.
I had sent an email to both companies yesterday asking whether my booking was genuine, with a copy of the reviews, both emails were bounced back as not known.
I challenged the person who called me tonight about this he said I was incorrect and that holidaycart and cheapflyshop are not the same company. He asked me was I sure? Bit of gas lighting going on! Cheapflyshop is nothing to do with holidaycart he said.
I have an email showing both email addresses to contact them regards a booking which, in fact isn’t a booking as it turns out!
If they’re going to use the same paperwork for each company, they should edit them correctly.

It’s not worth the stress to book with them thinking you’ve got a great deal - you haven’t.
book your flight with a known company. It’s worth it.

My bank is raising this further as a red flag company.

Please be warned, never deal with these guys, they keep manipulating you, you won't get your ticket even if you way for 48 hours, very manipulative and they keep changing

Good communication. Takes initiative to update on flight details changes. Booking experience online is not good though. The price shown was way lesser than the real price of the flight.

Absolute scam artists.Having read the reviews,I have had the same experience.No e-tickets arrive within 48hrs.You then get a call saying you can't take luggage.Then informed that you haven't reserved a flight,but are on a standby.I would like to know where they are based,and pay them a visit.I'm pretty sure this would then be resolved.So for anyone thinking of using this scam site,avoid at all costs.

WATCH OUT! Asolute thief of a company!
They will lure you in with a cheap price on screen - Make you pay of it with a Debit/Credit Card and they call you to tell you that you need to pay double the amount to secure your tickets!

Going to report them to Fraud Agency and Will be taking them to court shortly. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!

Having booked a flight to a country I waited half my life to visit, Tanzania, I thought I had booked a bargain with Flightmovers.
Your assistant came back to me and told me the price had gone up because I tried to book a special deal with special conditions that was no longer available. I was surprised by that news as nothing told me I was on on a special deal subject to availability.
I felt compelled to book it as my window to go on this trip had become so short. I couldn't mess my hosts around.
Apart from the hike in the price, everything else fell into place. The rest of the flightmover assistants were fine. The Qatar Airlines was excellent.

Warning: Fraudulent Company

I paid £1,600 for three international tickets advertised with luggage included. After payment, I discovered no luggage was provided—not even hand luggage—and I didn’t receive any tickets.

Once you book on their website, an agent will call and tell you that your ticket doesn’t include luggage and you need to pay more to add it. They will pressure you to change dates, accept longer layovers, or switch airlines, but their goal is to make you pay more over the phone.

Do not pay them any extra money. Insist they issue the tickets without luggage. They won’t be able to release the tickets because they don’t actually have them. Without issuing the tickets, they can’t claim the money from your bank.

If they don’t claim the money within seven days, it will automatically return to your account. That’s exactly what happened to me, and I got my money back.

Stay alert and protect yourself.

Such a dodgy Company, I’m guessing based in India.. not that that’s an issue just that Trading standards are clearly uninforceable.
After a week of Excuses and totally rubbish explanations: yay I got refunded.
But only after 4 phone calls, and having to file a Fraud Report with the credit card company.
Be in NO DOUBT : this is a bait and switch con : they advertise a low price , get your money, and then you receive a call asking for more money because ‘the promotional price has ended’ or ‘that ticket doesn’t allow you to take luggage’ or some other BS. So at best there’s no saving, and at worst you are fighting to get your cash back.
