Great holiday accommodation in Broadstairs. Fabulous standard. I couldn't fault it. Great communication with Alistair. He was so helpful when I was let down by B & B at the last minute.

Stunning views, spotless flat v close to a quiet beach. Between Ramsgate and Broadstairs so plenty to do - but the area itself is very quiet and relaxing. Beautifully kept property which we highly recommend!

The apartment is still like brand new, modern and clean with everything you need. The views are just amazing, the sound of the waves is so relaxing, to top it off the big balcony for having a morning cuppa. You are literally on the beach and so close to town.
Alistair is just an amazing host !!!

We have just returned from a wonderful 5 day stay at the Garden Retreat in Ramsgate managed by Alistair and his family. The apartment was immaculately presented with the latest high tech appliances including climate control and secure underground parking. Everything was provided even a starter welcome pack. Alistair was always available in case of any queries and we really appreciated the fact that our checkout time was extended by several hours enabling us to enjoy further time by the seaside and to have a leisurely lunch before returning home. All in all a memorable experience further enhanced by the superb hosts.

What a great little company, the property I rented was ideal for a couple, spotlessly clean and well equipped. A great location as well close to the Broadstairs beaches and plethora of bars and restaurants.

We booked a last minute midweek escape from London at Sea Garden Apartment, Ramsgate and had the most relaxed and enjoyable few days. The apartment conveniently has its own allocated parking space in a gated car park below the apartments which leads straight to a lift up to the apartment.
From the minute we entered the apartment we felt right at home. The first thing that grabbed our attention were the amazing panoramic views of Ramsgate seafront from the very spacious, open plan lounge, kitchen, dining room. We had made plans to go out an about but in all honesty, we would have been completely happy just sitting on the balcony admiring the view.
When we managed to pull ourselves away from the amazing views and took a proper look around the apartment we were impressed to find everything we could possibly need and more. All new, high end fixtures, including a washing machine, ironing board, iron, dish washer, air conditioning, walk in double shower en-suite, ample storage and many more. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, bright and airy with nice design touches and finishes.
Alistair was very helpful and furnished us with all the info we needed. We would definitely book again.

What a beautiful apartment in Ramsgate…the sea views are simply stunning from every room! The apartment was clean, modern, well equipped and provided a great location for a family holiday. Communication was always fantastic, great check in instructions and Alistair was speedy in replying to any questions that we had. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The host was extremely helpful and considerate to my disabled sister. The accommodation was excellent. Modern, clean and tidy with stunning views of the coastline from the extensive balcony. My sister and her friend had a wonderful break. She does have mobility issues that were not a problem in this apartment.

Alistair and his wife were always on hand by phone or message should we have any enquiries. The welcome was above and beyond and we felt very at home. The apartment on the beach is absolutely beautiful and waking up to the sound of the waves crashing you just can't beat it

We had a fantastic stay in Broadstairs with Seastay Ltd. The accommodation was exceptional- every detail so well considered and the management was above and beyond anything we could’ve asked for. A perfect trip and we look forward to holidaying with them again in the future. Would highly recommend

We, a family of four, have enjoyed two wonderful stays at Luna's View in Broadstairs. One stay back in August 2020 and again this Easter.
The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing stay; it's clean, well equipped and comfortable. We really enjoy sitting in the living area soaking up the sea views. We also enjoy the short walk, with beautiful views along the cliffs, which takes you to wonderful beaches and eateries in Broadstairs, Viking Bay.
Alistair, from Seastay, is most helpful and a great contact if needed during your stay. We will most definitely visit again.

We have stayed with this company in Kent a few times now and could not recommend them highly enough. Having recently stayed at Kippers Cottage it was cute and well located.

Have stayed at a few of these properties now, and my family and I love them! Everything is just as you would have hoped for and more when planning a few nights away. Thankyou!

I was looking for somewhere to stay for my wife's birthday so contacted Holiday Lets In Kent who had a couple of properties available right on the beach. We were both very happy with the property we chose which was well presented, spotlessly clean and in a great location.

Alistair was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, providing detailed instructions on finding and accessing the property, and meeting me personally to handover the keys. He was quick to respond to messages, and offered recommendations on local places to eat, etc.

What a lovely quaint little place, really enjoyed our stay in Broadstairs. Amazing views over Viking Bay . Have already booked for next year… thank you so much to the team for making a special occasion memorable.

AVOID!!!!!
Booked 9 night stay at Beach Lookout property in Broadstairs.
Low standards and not clean.
Signs of damp e.g. stained ceiling, curtains and rusty radiator with flakey paint.
Good views but not enough. Checked out after first night. Holiday ruined but Alistair refused to refund what is lawfully owed to me. Refunded less than half of money paid.
BEWARE BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY.

I had a great stay here worth the money all day long good customer service I will be definitely coming back again
