Had the worse experience ever!! I wanted guidance planning and booking our holiday, help with visas etc. Instead I got a load of political nonsense from a woman called Suzanne. She started telling me how I shouldn't be going where I'm going because she doesn't agree with their political views, literally trying to put me off going and then suggesting other destinations.
I do not care about woke ideology so stop trying to push it into people. This is clearly some sort of front for pushing political agendas. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Timeshare is so 90s...
I had heard good things but i guess the chatter was over inflated hype. Booked a safari in Kenya but the whole thing was a fiacso. The flights were on a low budget carrier, the digs were in a timeshare village and i spent the whole vacation fending off over zealous sales reps and didnt see a single lion. Awful avoid at all costs.

It looks like there is some confusion as we do not use low cost budget airlines, nor do we use any timeshare properties. We only use fully ABTA and ATOL protected tour operators to make all of our bookings. Could you provide your booking reference as we don't have any information on our system to show that we have ever made any bookings for you?

Well worth using a travel consultant
We booked a trip to New York with our sons, through Wendy Harrison from Holidays Please. In fact it’s our 2nd trip booked with Wendy this year, that’s how good she is. The process was easy from start to finish with her, as she listened to our requirements and matched a holiday to our needs. We hadn’t used a travel consultant like Wendy before this year, as usually just went online or through a shop. The whole experience is seamless and you feel really cared for. After the numerous interactions with Wendy, she feels like a friend now.
There was one issue on our recent trip to NYC with the transfer when we arrived. There was meant to be a SUV booked for 4 people and 4 suitcases, which was confirmed on the paperwork. However, a much smaller car arrived and no other car was available. I managed to speak to Wendy, which was 11pm UK time and she answered. She resolved the issue by advising me to book an Uber and then it will be resolved and reimbursed when we got back home. Having Wendy available to speak to and reassure us is something of a blessing

We had an amazing 5-day holiday at Hard Rock Maldives, and a huge part of that was thanks to Heather Winters. From the very beginning, Heather was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful, making the whole booking process completely stress-free.
She took care of every detail, answered all of our questions quickly, and made sure everything was perfectly organised before we travelled. Her recommendations were spot on, and Hard Rock Maldives was an incredible choice—beautiful surroundings, fantastic service, and an unforgettable experience.

She was in always on hand to assist with any issues even when we were already abroad and contacted her out of normal working hours.
We went on a multi centre trip to Italy Tuscany/Verona/Lake Garda June 2026 and the transfers were on time and reconfirmed by the local agent without hassle. The seats Stacey arranged for us at the Verona Arena to see Aida were excellent and I would highly recommend this opera and booking with Stacey. I have already booked next year’s trip to Canada with her and really looking forward to it.

Tui Blu Medina Gardens was in the heart of the city. Spacious gardens with quiet areas and an excellent restaurant with friendly staff. Recommend a trip to the Atlas Mountains!

West coast of America and Mexico
We have just returned from our honeymoon to Las Vegas/Monterey/Yosemite/San Francisco/Cabos in Mexico. We had a holiday of a lifetime and couldn’t recommend holidaysplease enough especially Jane Woollaston. Vietnam & Cambodia Mekong River Cruise
We’ve just returned from an incredible Cambodia & Vietnam cruise, and it completely exceeded our expectations. A huge thank you for suggesting the Mekong River cruise — it truly elevated the whole experience and allowed us to see so much more in a relaxed, immersive way.
This was our first time on an escorted tour, and we’ll admit we weren’t sure what to expect… but it has completely changed our perception of group travel. Everything was so well organised, the guides were fantastic, and the balance between planned excursions and free time was perfect.
We met some lovely people along the way and visited places we simply wouldn’t have discovered on our own. From the bustling streets of Vietnam to the serene beauty of the Mekong and the rich culture of Cambodia, every moment felt special.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this experience — and we’re already thinking about where to go next!

Helen from Holidays Please - a god given angel
I booked a holiday to Thailand with Helen from Holidays Please. She has been amazing, from the start communication was second to none. Quick responses, I told her what I wanted and she quickly came back with a perfect holiday. Couldn’t have been more delighted with the service. Then disaster struck with the Iran war and our holiday was cancelled, Helen was like a god given angel. Taking away all pressure and worry from me we had a chat about my options and as I still wanted to get away for a bit of sunshine and a break she booked Egypt for us which was brilliant. I had a bit of a menopausal meltdown the night before going, and sent her a text, she quickly rang me back on a Sunday evening which is way above and beyond what I would expect from an agent, she reassured me and brought my thoughts back in line, I can’t thank her enough, I went on holiday the next day and have never been more pleased at her sense of reasoning. Thailand is now in the process of being booked with her for next year, anyone even slightly wondering should they book themselves or use an agent, please please please contact Helen. She’s amazing. You won’t regret it.
