Jenny meticulously planned a trip to Italy that my niece and I will never forget. We packed in so much over five days. Flights, transfers and accommodation all planned and perfectly considered!

A fantastic cruise and stay in Canada and Alaska
This was our third booking with Stacey Dennett and as I have found before, her knowledge and advice was exceptional. Stacey booked our hotel in an excellent location in downtown Vancouver and provided guidance on cruising with a different company than we had before, so that we knew what to expect prior to boarding. Stacey is always at the end of a phone should this be required and travel documents are provided in a timely fashion. Stacey keeps her customers informed on visa/entry requirements to their destination country. I would not book with anyone else.

Overall had a good experience with this company. I have only really booked through the big travel agents before so was a little nervous. There were a couple of glitches along the way that had to be sorted and I'm still waiting on one issue to be rectified but ended up having an amazing holiday in the Maldives. Just be mindful when booking that things can take a bit longer to sort due to it being more of a personal experience than the travel giants.

Do you want a travel agent to go above and beyond….then look no further
I have been using Stacey to book holidays for years now. When I say she goes above and beyond I mean this.
When we found ourselves needing special assistance less than 48 hours before we were due to fly out, on New Year’s Day, due to my husband’s injury, she was so efficient and put our minds at ease when she managed to sort this even although airlines say no less than 48 hours in advance for booking this.
Again she was top notch when we needed to move hotels due to building work for our Summer holidays.
I have always found Stacey to be super responsive and on hand not only to book holidays but when needed for questions and support too, and that is what matters most.

Amazing service. Stacey always finds the best deals with fantastic advice. Its good to have a real person in case of problems which gives you a peace of mind. They also have a rewards system which is a great idea. This is my fourth booking and I am sure I will not be disappointed.
